For shared use: beautiful garden to relax. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 450 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery, café, railway station "Grünau im Almtal" 350 m. Riding stable 1 km, gondola lift 4 km, slopes 4 km, ski rental 4 km, ski bus stop 250 m. Nearby attractions: Wildpark Grünau 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Familienskigebiet Kasberg 4.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Almsee 13 km, Traunsee 20 km, Attersee 38 km. Hiking paths: Zwillingskogel 500 m, Zuckerhut 1 km, Farrenau 3 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. Objekt ist sehr gut gelegen. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit des Skigebietes. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nur waren für unsere 8 Personen nicht genügend Teller vorhanden.

Wohnung für 8 Personen
Die Wohnung an sich ist okay und gut aufgeteilt. Doch wirklich sauber war sie nicht. Man durfte nicht genau hinschauen. Und eine Dusche war komplett verstopft, so dass das Wasser sehr langsam abgelaufen ist. Die Spülmaschine war auch kaputt - laut Vermieter erst seit ein paar Tagen, aber aufgrund des Geruchs aus der Maschine war diese min. seit 2 Wochen kaputt. Weiter ist die Küche nur unzureichend ausgestattet, z.B. zu wenige Teller. Der Preis der Wohnung in dem Zustand ist definitv zu hoch!
