Wonderful mini vaca to the Great Smoky Mountains. Cabin was the perfect size for 2 and conveniently located to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Listening to the brook was very relaxing as was the jacuzzi! The only downside was lack of cell phone service.
You get what you pay for, pictures are deceiving and 20 minute drive to get access code put a rough start to getting into said property. Emailed with no response. RV park with path right through property. Beer cans in fire pit upon arrival. Traveler's beware.

The creek ran behind the cabin & was so soothing & the hot tub was very nice. It could have been cleaner. We washed the dishes before we ate out of them. They don't provide internet & you have very little to know reception. Being without Internet was ok until you wanted to look at the places you may want to visit.

Great cabin, location, the property management not so good.
The Cabin was in a good location it backed up to a little river/creek. It's about 20 minutes away from town. The cleanliness was not the greatest, we had to wash the dishes & utensils before we used them. Definitely not stocked like our last Verbo rental such as...there was no potholders, measuring spoons. We were only left with 1 dish towel & rag for the 3 days we where there. No basic food items..such as flour, sugar, very little salt & pepper. Tried to contact property management on the V-App like we are supposed too, about how to get into cabin & and no one replied. We finally had to call them. They tried to tell us that the email they sent had instructions that we needed to come to their office , but it didn't. In the end we were finally able to get in and enjoy ourselves. But It was definitely a little hectic at first. The game room was nice, but really cold, no heat upstairs. If you needed to go use the restroom you had to walk back to your cabin. So needless to say somethings they need to take into consideration. Would I go back...to be determined.
