Very clean and spacious! The bedrooms are huge and beds are comfy! The kitchen table is huge and fit everyone nicely. The location is great and close to everything!
Great experience.. Everything was clean and spacious. The kids loved the bunk beds and the king beds were an added bonus for the adults! The location was great and made it so easy to get into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
We will definitely stay here again!
Everything from online registration, to friendly staff, clean cabin, the view was amazing. We had one issue and it was taken care of immediately when I contacted managment. I would definitely recommend this cabin for your stay !!
This cabin was absolutely amazing! We celebrated Thanksgiving comfortably with 14 people and had enougb parking for 5 vehicles allowing for some to join us from other cabins. It sleeps a very large number of people but is still spacious. There are plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms, as well as areas to relax. This has to be the best accommodations i have ever had when traveling. I would not hesitate to book again..
We loved the cabin, just as described with plenty of room for our family of 14. The only issue we had was our 2nd night the AC went out on the 3rd floor due to the high temps during the day which made sleeping up on the 3rd floor uncomfortable. Property maintenance did provide a portable unit which helped a bit, but would have been perfect if the AC would have been able to keep up with the heat.
Everything from booking, checking in, and our stay was perfect! The cabin was clean and beautiful other than a used coffee filter accidentally left behind from the last guest. It was very bright and airy throughout and beautifully decorated. The beds were very cozy with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. There is a washer and dryer which made it nice to dry our towels between hot tub use. The family had a great time sitting at the big table playing Uno or just sitting eating together. The views from the porches were beautiful to sit and watch from the rocking chairs or while in the hot tub. The cabin is close to town which was convenient since we needed a few things from the grocery store, but still high enough up the mountain to get a nice view so be prepared for a little steep drive. We did hear bears messing with our dumpster at night and tried to get into one of our vehicles and left its paw print and a scratch behind. We definitely had a great time staying at this cabin and would book here again.
