We loved our stay in Bear Cub! It was even better than pictured. It was the perfect respite after a day of hiking, especially relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin was spotless and showers and bathrooms were all very clean with plenty of towels. It also sits logistically in a great location so you are just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg yet right there to go grab dinner. Loved how this cabin was tucked away in the heart of everything.
This cabin was fantastic! Location is close enough to the strip but not so close you get a lot of noise. The deck, hot tub, & creek make the perfect relaxation set up.
The only thing I would change is it needs a good dusting. It’s not bad but the fans & tops of things need dusted.
We loved the cabin. It was perfect for 2 couples, as it had 2 suites. 1 upstairs, one on the main floor. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed with necessities (paper towels, tp, cooking utensils, etc..) We were just a few minutes away from everything we wanted to do. It was nice to be in a cabin but in the "city" too.
Everything was going the only thing that needs to be done better is the dusting of the cabin. The bathroom upstairs started leaking into the downstairs bathroom. But they were quick to respond. Definitely would stay here again. The location was great.
