The house was just like advertised! We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very good, nice neighborhood, very close to the ski resort. Joseph was very helpful with our requests.

Very nice unit near Camelback resort
We enjoyed our stay here. The unit is clean and convenient to Camelback resort, and had plenty of space for our party of 5. We were traveling with extended family so we rented two units. Some of the units have basements, and some ( like this one) do not. Not a huge deal, but the extra space in the other unit was nice. Also, compared to other VRBO units we’ve rented, this one had very few extras, such as coffee, soap, shampoo etc. These things we minor points for us, but it’s something to keep in consideration. Otherwise, this place was clean and comfortable and very convenient for my family.

Not a single family home, but a duplex
Place wasn't accurate to description, was a duplex not a single home & pics dont allow to see this. Rented this place for the pet friendly aspect but if there were next door renters, might have been an issue. Also place needs some maint, recessed lighting was hanging out & not working. 1st floor bathroom didnt have a toilet paper holder therefore no toilet paper present. Place needs a good spring cleaning!! One suggestion, there should be some basic instructions for the renters to follow, empty trash, strip beds, etc., I had to ask what needs done. Also would be nice to have other info like community pool address. Again I had to ask. Overall not a bad place but could use some TLC & attention to detail during cleanings. I was a little disappointed due to how much we paid to rent the place. Regards, Mark

Nice house and area
Very beautiful home, super close to all of the attractions, and nice and quiet area. The only thing we wished was different was there being more cleaning supplies available to us like paper towels, a sponge for dishes, a dust pan, and maybe some windex or some type of spray. Communication with the host was also amazing, he answered all of our questions and was super helpful. Overall, it was a great stay that i would recommend!

Pictures are deceiving
The home was not clean upon arrival. Pink mold in the showers and the first 6 inches of the shower curtain. Food spattered on the walls in the kitchen, toothpaste on the bathroom counters and dried urine around the front of the toilet and every wall surface in the house waist level and lower was scuffed and very dirty. The pots and pans were destroyed, the coffee pot was missing parts and unusable , 4 glasses available for the house and 2 broken coffee cups. Joe was responsive and made a trip to bring new pots and pans, coffee maker, shower curtain, coffee cups, and a hair dryer. The community is a great location for skiing as we have stayed at other homes in this community. Overall this home is in need of a deep cleaning, restocking of essential supplies and overall TLC.

Amazing place
A lovely place, close to everything, literally 2 minutes to ski, 5 minutes to the mall. Quiet, a very safe place. The house is very clean, with everything you need, all you need is to arrive and relax, and to put the cherry on top, the owner, Joe, a tremendous person, from day one with good attention, excellent communication, E-mail, text, call, what ever way he answered all our concerns and answered our questions, with Precise and clear information and with the sole intention that you enjoy a pleasant time. I HIGHLY recommend this place, definitely me and my family will come back here.

Pine Property
The neighborhood was super quiet, clean and great security; we saw security drive by a couple of times a day. The property was spacious, fits up to 6 people comfortably. The first floor has one room with a queen bed and one bathroom. Second floor has one room with two twin beds and another room with a king bed; there was also an extra mattress in the closet. One more bathroom upstairs. The kitchen had mugs for four, plenty of plates, there things missing like a cutting board, a large frying pan, cleaning towels and stool to reach high places. You also have to take cleaning products if you want to wipe the counters and tables The grill was very dirty unfortunately, so we did not use; also the table outside and chairs could use a wash. The first floor has a foosball table and a game of connect four, make sure to take board games. You have to drive with the garbage to the compactor which is three minutes away across from the pool. There is no place to throw away the poop when walking your dog; you have to take it home. The pool was pretty good, all you have to do is give them the address and your last name, they have a binder with the information of who is renting; they’ll have the paperwork with people’s last names. The only hiccup we had was approx 20 minute delayed checking in, had to call Vrbo after not hearing from the owner to get the code to get in (maybe the code should be provided at 4pm along with a map of the area and instructions to the pool so renters don’t have to figure out on their own). Overall it was a great trip and would come back.

Great summer experience at a Ski Resort
This was our first trip with our newborn and our dog. The location is amazing, the chalet is cozy & clean and the owners were mostly attentive. Joe was very good at answering my questions albeit I missed having a “welcome package” with instructions on how to use the amenities and list of activities nearby. Overall i would recommend this property.
