The Palazzu is composed of two buildings: the Bastion (lower part) and the Castle (upper part). Residence "Le Palazzu", built in 2016. 48 apartments in the residence. On the outskirts Porto-Vecchio, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 8 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: air conditioning.
