The property is decorated so cute! It’s very clean and fit the exact needs we were looking for. Location was great and close to our event, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again!
The house was perfect for my family. We had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home. There was plenty of room so that we still had our space. The beds were so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.
Here for our son’s wedding. Perfect location, near shops, restaurants, even the nail salon. Close to the wedding venue and just down the street from the rehearsal dinner venue. The house was neat and clean, we were all very comfortable! Communication with the property manager very easy - quick to respond. They addressed issues promptly. Definitely would stay here again!

Scammer
The place is modest, but clean. However, if you travel with pets be aware that after I checked out, they hit me for extra cleaning fees. They lied and said they found a fecal mess, odors - even in the carpet and drapes! Simply fabricated. Not only did I inspect the entire place as I always do (my dogs are well trained), I even swept the floor and started a load of laundry. They will of course stick to their lies, so discount this if you want to, but it is what it is
Several of the lamps had burned out bulbs and broken knobs to turn on/off. The bath with the tub is very slippery when wet, I almost fell several times trying to take a shower. The kitchen lights are very dim. The driveway entrance needs repair, 2 large holes that can damage the car bottom.

Not clean
This home was not clean - the couches and the rug in the living room smelled, there were crumbs on the nightstand, and ant traps on the kitchen counters. The rug on the patio was rotted with a ton of ants. The TV/Roku had issues the entire time - we ended up having to use our laptop to watch tv. The beds weren’t comfortable. The home is cute and spacious but I would not want to stay here again.
The house was nice and clean, it has a couple easy to fix and easy to create items that I think would help. There are simply little broken items (floor threshold and end strip on kitchen counter) that could be fixed under $50 that would help maintain a better look - but nothing that takes away too much from the stay. I really would have liked if there was a “guide” for some of the houses features - like the big screen … we simply couldn’t figure it out and it took me a minute to figure out the thermostat. Also a guide for local food and entertainment or attractions would be helpful. Owner was quick to respond and very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay it was perfect for our needs … basically a comfy bed to rest between work days. Thank you!
Also - not sure who owns the outbuildings in the back … but those are a little scary and/or dangerous. They probably should be demolished or at least locked/boarded up and the broken glass removed.
Don’t be misled by the exterior. The experience starts when you enter the sunroom and then into the kitchen of the home. The separation of entertainment spaces works wonderful for guests with a variety of interest. Sports fans can be in the living room watching the game while you have plenty of room to be cooking. Drinks and conversation on the sunporch is a bonus. Front and back decks for outdoor enthusiasts.
