Abzocke beim auschecken
Alles in allem war die Wohnung für den Preis „in Ordnung“ Nachdem wir ausgecheckt hatten, wurde ich vom Inhaber angerufen, dass wir die Wohnung hätten besenrein übergeben sollen. Sprich rauskehren und Betten beziehen?! Sowas habe ich noch nie gehört. Desweiteren ging ein Lichtschalter kaputt, welcher sich bei der ersten Benutzung verabschiedete. Wurde wohl auch zur Jahrhundertwende montiert. Alles in allem haben wir eine Rechnung von 180 Euro erhalten für Reinigung und einen Lichtschalter, was eine absolute Frechheit ist. Nie wieder. Man kann nicht für vier Tage 400 Euro Miete kassieren und denken man muss die Wohnung am Ende nicht mal raus saugen. In der Dusche gab es nicht mal eine Halterung für den duschkopf.

Agréable séjour à Vienne
Appartement rustique et modeste, mais agréable. Bien situé dans la ville. Le système de chauffage est à revoir, car, dans la chambre il faisait bien trop chaud. La cuisine était un peu sous équipée en ustensiles. Mais la literie était neuve et de qualité. Dans l'ensemble, location lumineuse et agréable dans un environnement calme, proche des commerce et des transports.

J'ai hésité vers médiocre! L'appartement n'était pas à la hauteur. Il manquait des serviettes, ce n'était pas propre et il y avait beaucoup de poussière sous le lit. Rangement insuffisant pour 3 et la plupart des armoires étaient sous clef ce qui limitait le rangement. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bloqué et nous ne voulions pas attendre que quelqu'un vienne pour le réparer, ça aurait dû être fait avant notre arrivée. La porte de douche n'était pas facile à opérer, etc. Non recommendable!

Arbeitswoche in Wien
Hatte mehrere Termine in Wien und habe mir diese Wohnung ausgesucht. Sie liegt sehr gut in einer ruhigen Gasse und man kommt über den Innenhof und einen Lift ins Dachgeschoss. Sie ist eingerichtet, wie wenn der Besitzer noch hier wohnen würde. Bücher zum Schmökern, ein kleiner Balkon. In der Nähe gibt es eine Parkgarage und in der Umgebung einige Restaurants. Schlüsselübergabe übrigens direkt am Bahnsteig am Bahnhof Meidling. Total unkompliziert.

Keine Eignung als Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war nicht sauber: Matratzen, Kopfkissen, Boden, Teppiche, Decke Coach grenzwertig ekelhaft; WC-Bürste einfach nur ekelhaft; alle Schränke mit Vorhängeschlösser gesichert und dadurch keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung. Einzig Lage im schönen Margaretenviertel war gut.

Matratze, Kopfkissen, Teppiche, Decke Coach und Boden schmutzig. Keine Möglichkeiten irgendwo etwas in Schränke zu räumen, da mit Vorhängeschloss gesichert. Erwartungen waren vorab nicht sehr hoch, aber die Wohnung ist völlig ungeeignet zu vermieten. Einzig die Lage im schönen Margartenviertel ist optimal.

Gute Lage in lebendigem Bezirk
Die Lage im 5. Bezirk Margareten ist sehr schön, gut mit Öffis vom Hauptbahnhof, dem Naschmarkt und dem Zentrum zu erreichen. Kleine, nette Lokale und Geschäfte fußläufig. Die Wohnung im 6. Stock eines Mietshauses wirkt, als wäre sie plötzlich verlassen worden.Wenngleich mit 63 m2 geräumig, ist das Wohnzimmer recht zugestellt. Alles wirkt etwas vernachlässigt, der Putzdienst oberflächlich. Trotzdem hatten wir eine gute Zeit.

Keine verfügbares Mobiliar für Kleidung (Leben aus dem Koffer). Offenbar nur das zuletzt benutzte Geschirr sauber. Eigene Nutzung nach Reinigung. Kaffeekapselmaschine okay nach erfolgter Grundreinigung. Eigenen Küchenschwamm + Lappen besorgt (vorhandene eklig). Tischdecke + Sets klebrig. Ansonsten: Bad, Küchen E-Geräte sauber. Betten, Matratzen auch gut. Nach Improvisation grds. wohlgefühlt. Hinweis: Bitte Toiletten + Küchenbürste etc. mal austauschen. Toaster auf Funktion prüfen.

Margareten ist ein super Stadtviertel Wiens
Ich war bereits ein zweites mal in dieser Wohnung, weil mich der Standort in Margareten völlig überzeugt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, jedoch nach ein paar Häuserecken lockt wirklich hervorragende Gastronomie des Schlossquadrates, kleine, aber feine Geschäfte des Einzelhandels, angenehme Kaffees, besonders der kleine und feine Laden:“feines aus Portugal“ in der Margaretenstrasse. Jeden Morgen nahmen wir dort unseren Kaffee und die frisch gebackenen Pastel de Nata bei einem guten Gespräch genossen.

Tussen gemiddeld en slecht
Het is absoluut geen comfortabele woning. Voor een gezin met vier personen ontbreekt er een normale bank en goedzittende stoelen. Schrijfbureau is totaal overbodig in woning en neemt veel ruimte in beslag. Veel prullaria in de woning wat veel stof aantrekt. In de badkamer ontbreekt een douchestang wat douchen onmogelijk maakt. Geen woning die wij iemand aanbevelen.

Extravagante, ruhige Wohnung
Die Lage der Wohung ist sehr zentral und ruhig. Obwohl die nächstgelegene U-Bahn gesperrt ist, kommt man mit Bussen sehr schnell überall hin. Die Einrichtung ist etwas "extravagant", die Wohung scheint einem älteren Ehepaar gehört zu haben. Es hängen noch entsprechende Bilder an der Wand. Küche ist super ausgestattet und sehr modern, nur ein Wasserkocher hat uns gefehlt.

Alquiler muy caro por lo qie el apartamento es. Las fotos de promoción no se corresponden con la realidad. La limpieza tenía mucho que desear. Las alfombras tenían bichos, tuvimos q desembozar la bañera, el primer día hubo tormenta y el agua se filtraba por la cocina (tengo foto), el colchón y almohadas de la cama de matrimonio muy incómodos. TV satélite?? No pudimos ver ningún canal por satélite. Llegamos a saber hubiéramos tomado otra decisión aunque la ubicación sí es buena.
