For shared use: property 25 ha, plants and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 10.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture. Private: property 3'000 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lounge, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, heating to be paid on the spot. 1.8 km long bumpy, steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Bus stop "Salsomaggiore Terme" 7 km, sandy beach "Forte dei Marmi" 145 km. Golf course (18 hole) 200 m. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, der Garten ums Haus ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll , die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut und mengenmäßig ausreichend für 6 Personen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend aber immer offen für ein Schwätzchen. Wie haben den Pool sehr genossen und täglich genutzt. Man kann sich rundum erholen, es war Urlaub pur. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich aber machbar. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Villa in herrlicher Umgebung
Sehr schön eingerichtetes, großzügiges Haus mit tollen alten Möbeln. Alles, was man braucht, ist da. Die Landschaft ist ebenfalls sehr schön, vom Pool hat man einen tollen Blick. Salsomaggiore ist ein hübsches Städtchen. Einziges Manko ist der unbefestigte Weg zum Haus, den man aber mit etwas Übung bewältigen kann.

Inmitten der Natur konnten wir in dieser Unterkunft die Ostertage geniessen. Vogelgezwitscher das uns aufgeweckt hat, herrliche Sonnenauf- und -untergänge, Grün soweit das Auge reicht und dazu ein sehr freundliches Gastgeberpaar.

Talo mitä ihanimmalla paikalla tuulisella mäellä, linnunlaulua ja kaskaiden sirinää. Näköalaa joka suuntaan. Isäntäväki sydämellisen ystävällinen, pihalta yrttejä kokkaaville vieraillekin asti. Tulotie on jyrkkä ja sen verran möykkyinen, matalan maavaran autolla on vaikeuksia.

La casa nel bosco
abbiamo passato 4 giorni tra Parma e Salsomaggiore. XXX e la sua famiglia sono delle persone splendide. La casa è isolata rispetto al centro abitato, immersa nella natura e lontana dallo stress cittadino... Svegliarsi la mattina presto con i cerbiatti in giardino è stata una bella esperienza.

Ferienhaus Busani
Die Eigentümer wohnen vor Ort, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen, schlicht aber sehr nett. Sie liegt, wie beschrieben, am Ende einer aufsteigenden Schotterstrasse (Anfahrt mit Autos mit wenig Bodenfreiheit könnte schwierig werden).
