Welcome to your very own oasis! This property is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the sun! Located in such a prime location near many stores including a large variety of restaurants to dine out! Near golf courses and not too far from major cities. The house is completely sanitized after each stay. Downstairs offers a great wide open concept to relax and spread out. Bedrooms are privately located upstairs. Smart TV app access only(using your own accts)/no cable. Sit outside on the green turf or cool off in the spacious pool!

Great property and experience

This was a great home in a nice area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and the main areas are on the main level. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the pool is a great space with lots of seating and floaties available. The guidelines were on the wall and easy to refer to for wifi, patio lights, check-out procedures, etc. The property manager was easy to message and responded quickly. I did not get the email with the code to enter, but received a quick response to resolve this. They were even kind to have blankets in the living room, towels by the patio door, games to play, sunscreens and lotions available, etc. The hammock is nice too! We do wish the property had a grill, but that was the only thing we didn't have. We highly recommend this property.

Nice place!

This place was perfect for our visit to my grandparents who live in Sun City. Great location with respect to Sun City West. Comfortable beds. Nice that one room was set up with twin beds for my kids. My 89 and 92 year old grandparents were able to get out of the house and visit with us in the back yard on the porch. A nice change of scenery for them where they could interact with my kids while they played. Plenty of space for our 3 generations to stay. Would book again!

Slice of heaven !

Layout was wonderful extra spices that you don’t think of were there. The beds were very comfortable. Pool and back yard relaxing. Wish it would have been warm enough to swim. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for a small family to stay. The house and pool are exactly as pictured. Very well appointed with a Keurig and coffee, pool towels and sunscreen, all the necessities for cooking. Very close to everything.

Beautifully Modern Home with pool

Our family loved this home. Very clean, modern, & minimalistic style. Loved that it was airy and bright. Gave Hotel vibes which was very nice. We don’t like homes that are full of knickknacks or feel like you’re staying at an outdated B&B. There were so many unexpected amenities. The back yard is amazing. Kids enjoyed the pool and the pool floating devices the host provided. Pool isn’t heated but not an issue with the weather being in the high 90s to 100s the entire weekend. It was a very quiet house and quiet neighborhood which felt safe and relaxing. Lots of stores and places to grab food nearby. Wi-Fi worked great. We didn’t use the TV. House was clean. Under the beds were very dusty which we discovered when looking for a missing toy. Back sliding door is a little hard to slide open and close. A/C worked great, a little too cold for us as we did have to change the setting to keep the house a little warmer (73F). Overall it was a great experience. We would stay again. Definitely recommend. Host was friendly, easy to communicate with and would respond promptly.

Nice clean property. Communication with manager was very easy. Master bathroom needs to be updated. Surprised that there was only a single cup coffee maker on the premises. Had to borrow a coffee maker from a friend since there were 5 of us staying at the house. Overall, very nice stay.

Great place for Arizona visit

My husband and our 2 kids stayed here in mid March. Very clean property. The beds are amazing and I slept really well every night (which never happens on vacation). We wish they had a grill for cookouts. Also the pool was too cold to swim in since its March and it doesn't have a heater. All in all, we found this place to be a great fit! Would stay again!
