Spend your vacation in this quintessential Maine cottage, steps away from downtown York Beach, yet tucked away on a private and quiet street perched high above the town. This 4 bedroom vacation home is tastefully decorated and breathes warmth and relaxation.

Contactless check in. The key will be provided via lockbox.

The front covered porch lets in ocean breeze and salty air from nearby Atlantic Ocean. The home has a sprawling living room with plenty of room to sit and relax with family and friends. The kitchen is modern and well appointed with all of the modern appliances any host can ask for during your time away from home.

First floor bedroom is perfect for anyone having hard time climbing up stairs and giving the cottage a great set up for multi generational vacation time. The second floor opens up to three bedrooms that are airy and bright. All bedrooms are spacious in size and have armoires or closets for added comfort on your vacation. The main bedroom has a private beautiful balcony that provides expansive views of Short Beach and the Ocean.

Linen is NOT included - guests would need to supply their own linen (bed sheets and towels).

Great location, very close to short sands, arcade, town, etc. Sheets and towels are NOT provided, which was not made clear until two days before we were to arrive. There are two bathrooms, but one is a half bath, so only one shower - also not made clear in the listing. The upstairs bedroom has a door opening to the balcony (no window, so the only source of fresh air), but no screen door - only a free floating screen covering that has gaps and lets bugs in. There are very few outlets, and/or power strips. Property manager almost never responds to emails.
