Outbuilding 7 m² (1998), 2 beds, electric light. Other outbuilding room is used by owner. Roofed grill. Woodshed. Dog compound. Large cottage on a sunny hill plot. Air conditioning. Grassed yard and mixed forest. Motor boats are prohibited on the lake. Fishing guide available by arrangement.
