There is no checking in or checking out. Outside you can enjoy going straight to your condo and having a user friendly keyless door entry. More amenities include three high speed elevators, pool, hot tub, pool deck, beach deck with waterfall, large welcoming lobby, private gathering room, wide corridors, vending machine area, outdoor grills with picnic table, security guards during certain hours, gated parking garage, and a parking lot across street. The condominium building is a beautiful treasure on the beach. It is considered a low density complex because of the small number of units for the size of the building.
