Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new lake home is one of it's kind at Tim's Ford. The house is nestled in a quiet rural neighborhood with woods in the backyard. The dock is only a small golf cart ride away. Enjoy beautiful lake views at your own private dock! This house is equipped with an amazing home theatre projector system, game room, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and plenty more amenities! Tim's Ford Dam is only one mile away and has a public boat launch for you :)

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood in rural Winchester that is located on the lake!

This home is not a good fit if you are expecting to do a lot of partying. Our home is in a very quiet rural neighborhood that allows short term rentals but we want to respect our neighbors and our home. Also, a new luxury 6 person golf cart is available for rental to make going back and forth to the dock easy and fun! Our dock is toward the top of a cove so you get beautiful views of the main channel but you can also tie your boat off here since there is not much wake.

This beautiful lake home is in a very nice, quiet, and rural neighborhood so please be respectful to our neighbors and keep the noise down while outside especially after 10:00 or so. :) Also, 4 TOTAL vehicles are allowed in the driveway/garage. Please do not park in the grass or the road. Also, only one vehicle is allowed to parked at the cull de sac where the dock is located. With the lake, dock, stairs and hot tub, clearly, young children MUST BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES for their safety. We have a very friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. The HOA welcomes renters but bylaws do encourage them to notify owners of inappropriate behavior.

Great for all ages!

We had a lovely time! The upstairs game room was a total hit for our boys. The golf cart was a very nice addition! We also loved the quaint neighborhood. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Getaway Location!

We had so much fun at this lake house! The House is spacious and inviting! The very short trip to the dock is definitely the selling point! We rented a pontoon boat from Twin Creeks Marina one day and spent the whole day at the dock the next. Property Manager was super friendly and accommodating with help or questions. We will be back! Thank You!

Spontaneous Family Get Away

Home and dock as described! More than well equipped for a fun family escape! Spacious, bright, well laid out! While we chose to walk the short distance between the home and dock, as great bonding /conversation time, if you have small children or others with ailments I would encourage renting the golf cart. We will definitely rent again.

A Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway

We loved our spring break stay at this beautiful property. We had plenty of room to spread out with 2 couples and 5 children, ages 6-9. Our kids adored the game room, and we all loved utilizing the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings. We would love to come back in the summer to get to experience all the lake has to offer!

Weekend Getaway

Loved the house! We had everything we needed just a short golf cart drive to the dock, that the grandkids absolutely loved, they enjoyed kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. They really enjoyed the slide and the top of the dock. Definitely will be coming back! The property manager was awesome and reached out the day of arrival and check out day as well! Awesome place to stay can’t wait to return!

Perfect lake home

Our stay was wonderful! It was an exceptionally clean vacation home and the hosts were so nice and helpful. The hot tub was awesome—we used it a lot! We loved playing ping pong and the arcade machine, which included Pac Man and Galaga (two of our childhood favorites). Our teenager loved the bunk beds! The TVs in each room were great. The best part was the dock and the golf cart. The top level of the dock allowed us to enjoy reading and lying in the sun. The views were amazing. The bottom level was perfect for fishing and swimming. We drove around the neighborhood in the golf cart and saw lots of deer. We were lucky that there was a beautiful full moon during our stay, and amazing weather too. We will be back!

Great Property

The house and property were very clean and spacious. Communication was fantastic. If we needed something they responded almost immediately. Plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. The dock was amazing with the slide, kayaks and paddle boards. The entire family enjoyed it. The only thing I would recommend would be some cleaners to wipe down surfaces especially after cooking. Other than that it was a fantastic vacation and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect lake weekend

We have only good things to stay about this stay! The house was beautiful with just a short golf cart ride to a great private dock. Everything was super clean, we had everything we needed, the host responded quickly to all messages, and the check in / check out process was super easy! We will be back next year!

Awesome dock!

The dock at this property is amazing! It is a short golf cart ride to where the two story dock is. It has a slide, 2 SUPs and 2 kayaks that provided endless fun for our kiddos. We cannot wait to visit Tim's Ford again!

Wonderful Little Spot For The Weekend!

This was a great stay for my husbands birthday. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and how well thought everything was. It had everything we needed and more. The home even gave us some ideas and inspiration for our own homes! We love the perk of the golf cart that you can rent extra. It was great to just sit back and ride down to the dock. Let me tell you about the dock!! The dock is where it is at! This was such a great dock and had all the things you need to have fun. We were able to dock our boat as well. The kids loves the slide and jumping from the dock. It was truly great! We didn't get to spend as much time on it due to the weather, but we don't live far away at all and we plan to stay again in the near future as it is so convenient for lake weekends. Plenty of space and a good neighborhood! Perfect for families with younger children too. Thank you Derreck & Samantha for a wonderful clean and fun home.

Simply Great

This lake side house was just perfect. Clean (almost new looking), lots of room, kayaks and paddle boards, hot tub. giant TV, ping pong table. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Instructions were clear and concise. Price was good for the location and size. Would highly recommend this to any one.

May Lake Vacay

Despite the weather and the water being on the cooler side, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as listed - clean, well stocked and so much room for our extended family (including 4 kiddos under 8). The dock is amazing - will have to come back when it’s warmer to take advantage of all that fun! Golf cart was a BIG hit! Derrick checked in on us beginning and end of the stay - and gave lots of good recommendations for local fun! You won’t regret booking this house!

Family Vacation

Great location on Tim's Ford lake. We had easy access to Chattanooga, Nashville and Huntsville. There is a lot to see within about an hour drive from the house. Excellent communication from booking through checkout. The house was perfect for us. We used the hot tub daily and played countless games of ping pong. The neighborhood is quiet which was perfect for us. Great place to stay if you're going to be in the area.

Well-appointed lakehouse, perfect for girls' weekend

New well-appointed lakehouse that was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway. The cabin is just across the street from Tim's Ford lake and has a lake view. It was spacious and we enjoyed sitting by the indoor fireplace talking, watching a movie and playing ping pong. The bedrooms are comfortable and have a nice setup. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a large family get together.

This home was perfect! Very clean. Kitchen had all the items for cooking you would need. The game room was perfect for entertaining teens while the fire pit occupied the adults. The golf cart was a hit as well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Close to town yet far away from any noise. We will definitely be back. Thank you Derick and Samantha!

Great Thanksgiving family getaway!

Love this place—in a quiet community! The owner was awesome to communicate with. The place was so clean. The house is decorated super cute and is extremely cozy. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc…everything we needed. The kids loved PacMan & ping pong upstairs. Plenty of spots to sleep for kids—this is very kid & family friendly. Great location to get out and walk, jog etc.. Very easy access to Tim’s Ford Lake, marinas, State Park, Tim’s Ford Dam, water fall hikes etc.. the fire pit area is great as well. We enjoyed s’mores both nights. The kitchen is very well equipped. Check in was super easy, WiFi was great. This is a fabulous getaway spot for a family large or small. We had our Thanksgiving meal at the lake house and had food catered from Tullahoma (25 minutes away Piggy’s Place does a delicious full family meal). The dock was gone due to repairs, but this was communicated to us prior to our stay & was absolutely not a problem since it was November & cooler weather. The historic Winchester movie theater on the square is 15 minutes away and open on Thanksgiving! The Hard Dock Cafe at Tim’s Ford Marina is minutes away and has full breakfast—Friday- Sunday even in November you can eat out on the water at the marina. We could not get the gas logs to work, but the owner called to check in when I messaged about it, but it really was not cold enough to need them, so it wasn’t a big deal for us to figure out how to use them. We really loved the golf cart & drove it to the boat ramp and around the community to enjoy the views of the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub which was new & very clean. The deck and patio furniture was nice to sit outside and enjoy coffee. They had a combo k-cup/drip coffee maker which was wonderful. The TV’s were wonderful and easy to use. We watched movies & enjoyed time with family. The extra large island in the kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal. We could not find anywhere that would deliver pizza where we were, but it was only 15 minutes in to town to pick up pizza on our first night, and there is a Dollar General less than 10 minutes away on the Lynchburg Highway. We will definitely be back in the Spring when it warms up so we can use the dock, enjoy the lake and the state park!!

Fantastic home

This place was just what we needed for our stay at The Jack Daniel's World Championship BBQ. The hot tub was perfect at the end of the day and the game room added a bit of fun. The house is very clean and well maintained.

Perfect place for families!

This property has it all: clean, cozy, beautiful wooded neighborhood, and a 1 min golf cart ride to your own personal dock. The game room/bunk room was a huge hit for the kids- they never ran out of things to do between the ping pong games, arcade, fuse ball, hot tub, and fire pit outside. We all loved the golf cart rides to the dock for fishing and kayaking or just for sitting in the provided Adirondack chairs and watching the sunset. The owners were accommodating and made us feel completely welcomed with chocolates on all the pillows and great communication throughout our stay. You will not be disappointed in this fully stocked vacation retreat.

Great Spot to Stay

Some old friends and myself had the pleasure to staying at this awesome place! The house was extremely clean, spacious, and luxurious, especially for a lake house! If you are thinking about staying, make sure you get the golf cart!!!! We really enjoyed riding that around the neighborhood! 10/10 Highly recommend!!!!

Great location for Golf getaway

Absolutely beautiful house inside and out. This was a great place to stay for our “Guys Golf Trip”. Big screen TV for all the college football, ping ping, and great outdoor fire pit area for hanging out and playing guitars. We will definitely keep this house in mind for our next golf weekend. Also, great communication with Derrick the property owner with any questions we may have had.

BEAUTIFUL RETREAT!

We are SO happy we chose this gorgeous home to celebrate love, life and great friendships! This modern home is amazing for three couples; the 4th room/game room is great for singles or kids. Ping pong and Pacman lovers will not be disappointed! Don't think twice about renting the golfcart! So much fun touring the neighborhood and taking in the sights. We also had a enjoyed the hot tub, private dock; and of course the beauty of Tim Ford lake!! LOVE!
