Relaxing ranch style home within walking distance to Loch Lommond and the Marina. Very close to Scottsdale golf course and mountain biking trails. Three separate bedrooms, coffee bar, garage space complete with hot tub, ping pong, pac man video game table and high top bar table. Fenced back yard and back deck with grill. Quite street. It was so quiet and peaceful! The back deck was like being in the trees! I sat out there for hours just enjoying nature. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in. And I felt like I was part of a Zzquil comercial when I woke up, the beds are that comfortable. 10 of 10 we would definately stay again!

Spacious House

We had a great stay. House is updated and very clean. Was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. It's on a nice, quiet street and accessible to anywhere in Bella Vista.

Lots of hiking and fun was had by our family we met friends that were staying in same town and went to tanyard creek which was a hit did few other things but mainly enjoyed everyone’s company the house was super clean and spacious our kids liked the hot tub and ping pong table along with the video game system would stay here again

Great getaway

Great spot for a getaway. Kids loved the hot tub and game console. Close to a great restaurant on the lake. Comfortable arrangements and nice setup.

Christmas getaway

My husband and I began scaling back on Christmas things for our children last year and replaced it with creating memories together. Our most recent Christmas (2022) was spent at this lovely home in Bella Vista and the surrounding area. The house was tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean, and was the perfect size for a short stay with our 3 children and my dad. When not adventuring out we were relaxing in the hot tub and the kids enjoyed the ping-pong table and game in the garage. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant stay!

Beautiful home in great area

This home was beautiful. We loved the hot tub! The couch was so comfy and the king sized bed in the master was super comfy as well. We also loved the deck and games available. This is the most excellent location. Right by a lake and an amazing restaurant.

An amazing extended weekend!

This house and property has created memories that will last a life time. Perfect country lake setting. Hot tub and pac man game were a hit with out family. Look forward to returning in the future.

The sweet spot

This property and their owners and beautiful and very kind. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay in for us to see my husbands family in Bella Vista. Everything in the home was exquisite. This property has a great view off the deck in the back of the house and a wonderful hot tub, ping pong table, and pac man game. Their was plenty of open space and the bedrooms were pretty large and beds were very comfortable. We loved the towels too they have black makeup cloths to wash makeup off faces to use and to help keep the super soft towel white. THANK YOU SO MUCH Ashley!!
