Wohnungsbewertung
Die Wohnung braucht in Sachen Mobiliar dringend einer Sanierung. Z.B. Der Kühlschrank ist seit langer Zeit rostig und das Tiefkühlfach defekt. In der Küche ist schlechtes Geschirr vorhanden. Die Baute ist bezüglich Lärmschutz schlecht isoliert, sodass jedes Wort von der Nachbarwohnung gehört wird. Das Balkongeländer rostet dahin. Javea ist seit Jahren unser beliebter Ort.

Equipements à revoir
Louer du 14/08/21 au 21/08/21. Pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 5 jours, des poêles dans un très mauvaise état (obligé d’en acheter une), le frigo est à changer (il manque deux étagères, pas de lumière et peine à faire du froid), un ventilateur sur deux fonctionne, pas de pince à linge (j’en ai acheté et les ai laissés là-bas), la chasse d’eau qui se bloque et il manque le cache de la lampe sur le balcon. Je trouve que cela fait beaucoup surtout pour un appartement louer 750 / semaine.

Faltan mejoras
Es indispensable tener aire acondicionado pues hace muchísimo calor.Los ventiladores no hacen nada.Despues los colchones son viejos e incómodos. El apartamento está muy bien situado enfrente de una playa de rocas con escaleras para bajar al agua muy poco concurrida y segura y la urbanización muy limpia y tranquila. No había wiffi.

Cet appartement bénéficie effectivement d’une très belle vue dégagée mais il est très très bruyant mal insonorisé on a l’impression que les voisins sont dans l’appartement avec nous la place de parking pour le véhicule n’est attribuée à l’appartement spécifiquement ce qui peut présenté un problème en pleine saison estivale déplus les clés données à l’arrivee Sont déficientes problèmes d’ouverture du portail il conviendrait de donner une télécommande pour cette ouverture de portail

Estupenda calidad precio
Con un acceso restringido, aparcamiento reservado, te quita muchos quebraderos de cabeza. Las zonas ajardinadas y la piscina muy agradables. El apartamento muy luminoso, aunque algo frío y echamos de menos un calefactor similar al del salon en el baño. Los muebles algo antiguos pero muy funcionales y en general muy bien equipada la casa.
