Spacious Family Beach Getaway, 4 Bedrms, 3 bath, Parking Onsite

Bring the whole family plus some step kids to our spacious rambler. Only eight min to the beach and 15 min to Destin your right in the heart of everything. Close to restaurants and just outside the tourist traffic you can get everywhere you want to be and still have a private place to land when you’re done. This is the perfect home for a family/group getaway with plenty of room for games/movies or just relaxing.

Our home offers two spacious master bedrooms with en suite baths and king size beds on opposite ends of the house. Two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom with direct access to the 3rd full bath. The final bedroom is at the back of the house and offers a king size bed. We have two premium queen size self inflating/deflating EZ airbeds (with bedding) for guests 9-12. We have an open concept kitchen with new cabinets and updated appliances. With a breakfast bar, a large dining room table and an additional breakfast nook there’s plenty of space for games or meals.

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Guests have access to everywhere in the home but a few closets we reserve for extra cleaning materials and supplies. There is no garage access. The laundry room is on the main level but sectioned off and shared with the small downstairs studio unit.

This is a large spacious home in a residential neighborhood. The home is set back from the street and is located on Beal Pkwy which is a main road in Fort Walton Beach.

Please note: This home has a 1-bedroom basement apartment that is rented separately.

You will want to have a car or plan on using Uber/Lyft if you want to enjoy all that Ft. Walton Beach/Destin have to offer.

-There are four steps on the front and back porches for entrance into the house. If you need to access the home without any steps you can go through the laundry room.

- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.
- If you break it, fix it.
- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.
- On checkout, we would appreciate it if you could:
- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Leave used beds unmade (then we know what beds you used)
- Start a load of towels in the washer
