Green Valley Ranch is the perfect blend of luxury & convenience! One-story house w/3 bedrooms, an office, & a separate casita w/ its own entrance & bath. Oversized grass yard for outdoor activities like cornhole or BBQs in the private backyard. Newly renovated kitchen & a built-in bar- perfect for entertaining! Gated community, pool/spa, across from park/tennis courts & walking distance to restaurants/bars. Just 15 minutes away from Las Vegas Strip- 5* restaurants, shows, nightlife!
The primary bedroom has a king bedroom set and a bench overlooking the backyard. The 2nd bedroom is in the main house and has a queen bedroom set with access to the hall bathroom. Then there is an office/den in the middle of the house to share. Then through the courtyard there is a separate entrance to the casita with it's own bedroom and bathroom.
