Located just blocks from the iconic Weirs Beach, our air-conditioned, ground-floor condo provides all the comforts you need for memorable day trips and explorations. Surrounding the area are endless trails for snowmobiles and ATVs, inviting you to embark on thrilling adventures. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the beauty of the White Mountain National Forest or enjoy leisurely strolls along the seacoast, knowing your cozy home base eagerly awaits your return.

Inside, our well-equipped kitchen with cookware and major appliances allows you the flexibility to dine in or out at your leisure. Rest easy in our sleeping accommodations, featuring a queen main bedroom with an attached bath, a guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a convenient pull-out sofa in the main living area. Accommodating up to six guests, our condo ensures everyone's comfort.

For your convenience, we provide free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels. However, please note that stair access is required due to the graduated elevation of the condo. While our units are not handicapped accessible, we're happy to provide further details upon request.

Guests must be aged 21 or older to book, with photo ID required at check-in. A refundable damage deposit of $200 is collected upon check-in, with a $50 cancellation fee for refunds. On-site amenities include tennis courts, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a children's play area. Grills are available for your use, and laundry facilities are conveniently located on the property (though not in the unit). Additionally, trailer parking is available for your convenience, ensuring a hassle-free stay packed with fun and relaxation.
