Great Location for All of Dallas

Our stay was very pleasant, the location of the house is great in that you are a minute away from I-635 and can jump on it and get anywhere in the Dallas area in no time, barring traffic. The King Beds in all the rooms made it very nice, along with having 3 bathrooms accommodated us very well. The back yard was nice and private to sit and let the kids play. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Family Friendly

We had a group of 15 and 6 were kids under the age of 10. We also had 4 more kids that stopped by to visit and they all had a blast in the game room and back yard. The neighborhood was great and close to everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were so soft! We had plenty of room and everyone felt right at home. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great for family gatherings

Chase was such an accommodating host! The space is big enough for family gatherings. I really enjoyed the updated amenities. Everything was as pictured! Would definitely stay/host a family gathering here again.

U T Dallas Graduation Celebration

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay while celebrating my daughter's graduation. We loved the grill and firepit and the games in the garage were a bonus. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the large kitchen and family area. Highly recommend.

Love This Place!

We had a group of 12 family members and could only stay 1 night. This place is spacious and clean. Very nice amenities and great backyard. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a place I'd book again. Chase is an awesome host. Thanks again for the early check in.

Overall Pleasant

The house was very spacious and fitted our family and friends. There were some issues with bugs, but we were able to discuss with property manager to get it resolved amicably. Outside of that, the property manager was very communicative and accommodating.

Space for family

The property needs a deep cleaning, as does the hot tub. The yard was also lacking maintenance. When i sent a pic of the pot & pan situation (unusable) the owner immediately had a complete new set sent to the door. It was welcome, although too late for our needs.

Great for Family Gatherings

Chase was easy to chat with and the kids loved the hot tub! Tons of games in the garage and the beds are all big and comfy. Highly recommend!

My name is Chase. I am a father of 4 wonderful boys and husband to a beautiful, AMAZING wife(Colette) of almost 20 years. OH, and now we have a dog named Ginny, too(she's a chiweenie).

I love music--ESPECIALLY piano, and my wife and I are known "foodies" in the DFW area. I own a T-shirt company in Rockwall, and I spend most of my time raising boys and working around the house.

I am an avid traveler, and frequenter of BnBs around the world.
But as a native Texan, there's nothing I love more than coming home to these endless Texas skies. So much open air to breathe and possibilities to explore!
