Wohnung zufriedenstellend, Umgebung sehr schön

Leider wurde die Ferienwohnung zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts verkauft, weswegen es einige Unstimmigkeiten gab. So stand in der Beschreibung z.B. dass man das Hallenbad des benachbarten Campingplatzes nutzen dürfe und man dort Brötchen kaufen könne - beides war leider nicht (mehr) der Fall. Die Wohnung selbst war recht gemütlich. Allerdings war sie nicht so sauber, wie man es sich bei 70€ für die Endreinigung wünschen würde. So waren manche Ecken doch recht staubig und unter einem Bett lag eine Socke. Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen Staubsauger bekommen. Das Wasser am Waschbecken im Bad wechselte ständig zwischen heiß und kalt, in der Dusche blieb die Temperatur meistens konstant. Alles in allem war die Wohnung zufriedenstellend. Die Kommunikation über die Hausmeister war etwas schwierig weil es teilweise zu Missverständnissen kam. Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gegend ist sehr zu empfehlen - vor allem auch für Familien mit Kindern, da man in naher Umgebung sehr viel unternehmen kann.

Schöne Aussicht

Leider sind die Zimmer mit Möbeln überladen.Brandflecke auf der Tischdecke-Rauchergeruch-Abzugshaube schmutzig -Küchengardine -Wandlampe im Eingangsbereich hätte fast zu Brand geführt,da sie nicht abgedeckt ist und aus Versehen vom Schal Fransen übergingen,-Still-BH vom Vorgänger im Bett gefunden,vor 25 Jahren waren wir hier und es hat sich an der Ausstattung leider nichts geändert,teilweise sehr glatt an den Mülltonnen,,Tonnen für Plasteabfälle gesucht,Herr Nagel sehr nett

Gemütliche Erholung

Schönes gemütliches Holzhäuschen. Alles da, was man so für einen einfachen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben die 1 Woche genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Urlaub in Blockhaus mit viel Natur

Schöne Lage an einem Campingplatz am Stadtrand von Viechtach. Die Hütte ist mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie braucht. Allerdings waren Kühlschrank und Küchenspülarmatur bei unserer Ankunft nur bedingt brauchbar. Eine Reklamation beim sehr bemühten Verwalter, Herrn Nagel, brachte teils Besserung. Herr Nagel stellte einen eigenen Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Der Wasserhahn konnte während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden. Das in der Buchung beschriebene Angebot der kostenlosen Hallenbadnutzung im angrenzenden Campingplatz konnte nicht wahrgenommen werden, da es zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes gerade saniert wurde. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, da im näheren Umkreis sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten aller Art geboten werden.

Genau was wir erwartet hatten

Der Ferienpark (Google Maps) hat genau das geliefert was wir erwartet hatten. Ein kleines Holzhäuschen mit Charme. Die Gegend und die Wanderwege sind sehr gut! Hier kann man jeden Tag bei seiner Runde mit dem Hund etwas Neues entdecken.
