Cosy cottage "Ötztal". In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 2 km from the lake, 600 m from the skiing area. Private: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio (sandbox). In the complex: sauna, steam room, spa area in 10 m for shared use (extra), storage room for skis, central heating system. Towel change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 100 m, grocery 100 m, restaurant 200 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Ötztal" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 400 m, thermal baths 25 km, swimming bay 2 km. Als Ausgangspunkt gut geeignet
Die Unterkunft ist als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten wie Rennrad (das Haus liegt am direkten Aufweg zum Kühtai), Mountainbike, Wandern, Sprung in den Bergsee etc. wirklich prima gelegen. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs lassen sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung alle fußläufig erledigen. Soweit stimmt das alles. Was ein wenig eigentümlich ist - ab und an stehen plötzlich die Vermieter in dem Haus und leeren den Müll. Ebenso, dass das Foto vom Haus suggeriert, die Terrasse würde zu dem Haus gehören - dem ist nicht so. Zwar gibt es einen Gartenteil, jedoch ist dieser nicht partiell überdacht und recht pragmatisch angelegt. Das keine Waschmaschine bei der Personenanzahl vorhanden ist und es im Ort keine Möglichkeit gibt, ist ebenfalls nicht so richtig klasse. Alles in allem dennoch ein wunderbarer Urlaub in ein absolut beeindruckenden Umgebung.

Geweldig.
Héél gezellig ingericht en veel comfort. Mooie banken en stoelen met veel kussens en dekens. Prettige keuken en badkamer. Goede bakken om afval te scheiden. Veel ruimte om het huis om te zitten. ( Zon en schaduw ) Veel speelruimte voor de kinderen en een fijne trampoline.

Das Ferienhaus liegt super angebunden im Ort und man hat alles was man braucht. Es war wirklich sehr sauber und Mittwochs ist die Sauna im Haupthaus für das Ferienhaus reserviert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Schönes Haus, für Familien geeignet
Gute Lage, alles super erreichbar. Gute, saubere Unterkunft, für 2 Familien ideal. Leider sind die Kurtaxe nur Extrakosten, man hat keinen Vorteil im Bad oder bei der Gondel damit. WLAN funktioniert leider nur schlecht, da das Ötztal WLAN genutzt wird. Wäsche waschen hat uns geärgert, Vermieterin hatte gesagt, so wenig wie möglich ginge in Ordnung und dann aber eiskalt 5 Euro abgerechnet ohne es uns mitzuteilen.

Von der Buchungsabwicklung, über die Betreuung vor Ort, bis zum Haus..Es war alles super! Die Lage in Oetz ist ein Traum, die Infrastruktur im Ort klasse und über die Landschaft braucht man ja nix zu sagen. Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder!!

Tolles Haus und sehr nette Vermieter
Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden - es ist renoviert und sehr sauber gewesen. Alle Betten waren bezogen und auch Handtücher standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und grundsätzlich hat man dort alles was man benötigt. Ein Supermarkt ist 3 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend um Ötz ist toll mit diversen Wanderungen in verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgraden zu erkunden. Auch die Vermieter waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit - wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen sehr angenehmen und tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist super toll, vor allem der große Wohn/Essbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schlafzimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert. Da ist selbst die etwas kleine Dusche im OG zu verschmerzen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an unsere tolle Vermieterin. 5 Sterne +
