This two-bedroom Orange Beach condo is the perfect place for families to enjoy a fun-filled vacation. It is equally suited for a small family or a couples weekend, with free WiFi, a shared pool, and a location just steps from the beach. There is also a private tennis court for those who enjoy a bit of competition. Take advantage of the private washer and dryer to keep everyone looking their best during your stay. The property has central air conditioning so everyone can enjoy a comfortable afternoon inside. The dock is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach, and the balcony provides a great spot to enjoy the evenings. There are board games in the condo so you can spend some quality time with the gang.

THINGS TO KNOW
The dock includes a fish cleaning station.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Boat slips are available on a first-come-first-served basis. All vessels using the boat docks must first be registered and obtain a boat permit sticker. There is a $105 fee for renters to launch/ dock their boat in the boat slips for up to 7 days. All renters bringing a boat must complete the digital boat dock information and agreement form and submit it at least 3 days (72 hours) before check-in arrival. The registration form requires proof of current vessel insurance and registration and boat dock fees must be paid prior to check-in arrival.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Use is not allowed for any renters' guests not staying at the property.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
