Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Home!
The house was very comfortable, the neighborhood is overall friendly and nice to take box in. The game room was especially fun and really got to enjoy the pool also. I did call Customer Service with a couple of concerns and I was able to speak with someone quickly And concerns were made aware to the owner also quickly. We are hoping the same home will be available on our next trip!

Overall great time. Our children had a blast in the pool and playing games in the arcade. Only issue was clogged drains and only two televisions in the home. Only master bedroom and living room had a TV. So if you’re used to falling asleep with the tv on you’ll need the master bedroom, or bring a tablet/laptop. Overall great experience. I was very happy with the appliances dishes etc. provided in the kitchen as well as the entertainment available. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location for us, very clean, great kitchen and amenities. The only downside was the sheets and bed were loud because if cheap right sheets; otherwise, we had everything we needed and had a great time there with family.

Out of town guest for wedding
The home was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses and plates, pots and pans everything you need to make a meal. The grand kids had a great time in the game room. Back yard was great for hanging out and swimming. I would definitely rent this property again.

Loved this property!
We stayed at this property for 17 days with our kids. Here are some of the pros you wouldn't see from the pictures: +Quiet, clean, safe neighborhood with a playground for the kids +House was clean, had enough linens, kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking at home +Two desks for working remotely +Game room was a nice addition, some of it has seen better days but kept our kids occupied +Bedrooms all had walk in closets with hangers for clothing +Location was great +Kitchen cabinets are labeled for ease of finding things Cons: -The kids bunk room is right off of the kitchen with no door. It would be really nice if they had a curtain or something to close off the room for when people are sleeping in there. -Silverware was limited, we had to purchase plastic. -No cleaning products provided (toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner, etc.) which would be fine if you were there a short stay. -Propane tanks were empty upon arrival for grill and fire pit. We were advised from Vacasa that we'd be reimbursed for any costs incurred for this, but still haven't received any reimbursement. -Bring your own bluetooth speaker or radio if you want music! Overall this property is well maintained, has quality furniture and amenities - would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend.

Great, Well Maintained Property in a Desirable Spot
Amazing space whether you're a home body or on the go. We attended a wedding for my sister and this was the perfect place away from the crowds of downtown Chandler, but still close enough to participate in the goings on. Also a great place to relax after the festivities. The backyard is a great oasis.

Awesome Place!!
This place was awesome, and exactly what we were hoping for. Between the pool, hot tub, and game room the kids had plenty to do - and even the adults!! The only dislike that we had was working through the third party company that they use to manage their reservations. It made it challenging to get answers, and every time you connected with them you got a different person to work with. It just wasn't very personable. My experience in the past of working directly with the Owners was much better. Overall, the place itself is great and I would definitely recommend it to others!!

Awesome Stay
We had joked about leaving a negative review so this gem would be available to us any time we wanted to come visit, but we really did love this house. LOTS of amenities. The kids loved all the games in the game room and the pool and hot tub were great. Even got the kids to play some mini golf.

Beautiful Property
House is beautiful and has many well thought out details. We were 2 families with a baby and 7 year old as well as our cousins family that se for the day with a 3 and 8 year old that were local. We specifically selected the property because of the kid-friendly amenities- gameroom, pool, hot tub, and putting green. The gameroom golf and pool were a hit but unfortunately we discovered the hot tub was not working due to faulty wiring. We had some issues with safely getting electricity off, but the property management company did a nice job of communicating with us and ensuring we were compensated for the issues. We got better quality of communication on Monday vs Saturday/Sunday, but they were able to send out someone to maintain it on a Sunday. Assuming that issue is now resolved we would stay at this property again! We enjoyed spending time with family and watching the kiddos enjoy playing together.

Memorial Day weekend.
This house was everything that was described. Sometimes places don't live up to the photos and the description but this place sure did. We frequent this area because of family living in the area. We have stayed at vrbo's over the last 10 years. My family all agreed, that this was their favorite thus far. We were all very happy with the house.

Backyard Oasis, but TERRIBLE management company
The house is beautiful and was exactly as presented in photos. The kitchen is well stocked. We had lots of fun in the game room. The backyard was wonderful, but we did have to pay an additional $85 a day, plus tax to heat the pool. They required the heating fee for the entire stay even the arrival and departure days. The bunk room is right off the kitchen with no door or sound barrier. The biggest problem we encountered was interacting with the management company, Vacasa. They informed us on the day of our checkin, that the dishwasher was “being repaired/replaced”. I asked if it would be functional during our 5 night stay and the response was YES. Over the next 5 days there were texts and phone calls all resulting in lots of lies and NO RESULTS. I spent far more time hand washing dishes on my vacation than I had planned. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, again-nothing. I would definitely rent this property but NOT as long as Vacasa is the manager.

Amazing home overshadowed by improper care and no communication
The home is beautiful, clean, well appointed, and well thought out in some minor details such as kids silverware/plates, air fryer, zip locks, kids books/pool toys. Sometimes it's the little things that go a long way. Unfortunately, renting from Vacasa is like staying at a nice hotel where nothing works and there are no employees. We reached out several times in advance of our trip to have the pool heated, our request never received a response and was not met so the pool was ice cold and a main reason for that home being our choice. Upon arrival we were checking out the place and my son opened the wardrobe in the bedroom only to have the door fall off its hinges, hit him in the face and knock him down (he was ok after awhile). Coming from chilly MN, we were excited for the hot tub only to find it was either terribly misused or hadn't been cleaned in far too long; there were dirty tennis balls floating in it and the water was so murky you couldn't even see the seats. Incredibly disappointing start. I spent a majority of day one trying to contact someone at VACASA, their phone number directed me to use text message for faster service, which only generated corporate responses on day one, none of which addressed any of our concerns. We still tried to make the most of it as we were excited for the game room as well, only to find a broken foosball table, broken air hockey table, skee ball game where the skee balls had been replaced with racquetballs (doesn't work well), so use in there was extremely limited. Day two after reaching out through DM in VRBO, texting four different numbers provided by both VACASA and VRBO I finally received a human response where they requested pictures of the broken door, which was fine. Then didn't address any further concerns at that time, continuing to push I received a response about the heating of the pool which they said would take 3 days to happen and the cost was an additional amount that was almost double what was posted in the listing! And they were going to charge for the whole stay even though it wouldn’t even be heated until our final day! Absurd!! Aside from that, the dishwasher was broken, both shower drains were extremely slow with the master shower overflowing to the point the water ran onto the bathroom floor after only a ten minute shower, so we had to surround the shower with towels. Lastly, not super important, but the outdoor umbrella was broken.
