The building is on a plot with a beautifully landscaped garden pond. The house is divided into 2 separate apartments. The upper apartment (SB IV) with 2 balconies, is divided into 2 bedrooms (double room), living room / kitchen, 2 bathrooms (each with shower / toilet) and hallways. Including the sofa bed in the living room there are 5 beds.

For common use, there is a sauna, toilet, shower, solarium and washing machine on the ground floor.

The apartment is tasteful and modern (with appropriate techn. Equipment).
This includes u. a. Internet (wireless, WiFi), TV, DVD player, CD player / music system, radio.

Large terrace and balcony with high-quality outdoor furniture, elegant gardens with a well-kept garden pond and plants, barbecue area, parking spaces available, bicycle parking space.
Beautiful surroundings on the edge of the forest. Fully fenced. Magnificent south-facing view of the valley. To the center about 1 km (shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants etc.). Bus stop about 700 m away. To the Nürburgring Nordschleife approx. 1 km - to the Grand Prix circuit = approx. 5 km.
Railway station: Ahrbrueck 15 km.
