The home's split-level floor plan features a ground-floor bedroom for convenient guest access and well-appointed interior furnished for modern comfort. The kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils you'll need for at-home meal planning, plus a dishwasher for quick cleanup. There's seating for four at the adjacent dining table. The raised living area features strong natural lighting, comfortable seating, and a flatscreen TV for home entertainment after the day's adventures. Enjoy morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the breezy screened deck. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer round out the in-home essentials.

In addition to the complimentary outdoor pool, the Lake House at Seabrook allows guests to purchase optional access to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, fitness classes, and a library. Boutique shopping at Freshfields Village is less than two miles away. Fine dining and local historic tours are just a 21 mile drive away in downtown Charleston.

Great choice

We throroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully located condo. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location convenient for bike rides around the island and to Freshfields. The unit is very well maintained and clean, and we found the furniture comfortable. Would happily return.

Wonderful escape

This home is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The view is stunning from the back porch. This was my second time staying here, and my 6th time staying in this section of townhomes. It’s a little bit of a drive to the beach, but the marsh view is worth it! It’s a little slice of heaven!

Great unit:)

We loved the quiet, immaculate, well furnished and equipped unit. It was spotless and had everything we could have wanted or needed during our stay. The porches and views were lovely and quintessential South Carolina! Also easy access to Freshfield’s marketplace which is also lovely. Definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect Stay for Our Family (first trip to Seabrook)

We had a fantastic stay at this location. It was simply and beautifully decorated, clean, and in a great location. We were able to easily bike both Seabrook and Kiawah and it was close to the optional amenities of the island. We fell in love with the view of the marsh and tranquil moments on the porches. The area villas are quiet and we felt safe letting our boys bike around the area. We would love to make is consistent vacation place for us in the future. Thank you!

We just visited Seabrook for the first time with our family of four and stayed at this wonderful condo. It is beautifully decorated and met all our needs during our stay. Our favorite part was spending our mornings on the screened in deck. The space was clean and the communication with the rental company was good. The location was great for biking both Seabrook and Kiawah. We can't wait to return again. Thank you for being a big reason we loved our first trip to Seabrook.

Awesome marsh views

We really loved our stay! The condo was clean and well equipped. We spent most of our time in the screened in porch which had great views and was so quiet and relaxing! If you like the beach, note that there are no beach chairs and towels. If you like pools, you will have to get the amenity passes. I would definitely return!

Beautiful views!

The marsh views from this condo were beautiful and peaceful! The location is very close to the island entry gates so further from a beach access but it was an easy drive or bike ride to the beach. The property appears to be newly updated and is adjacent to the tennis center and across the street from one of the amenity centers. We loved our stay!

Very spacious unit with beautiful marsh views on two floors. We're currently building a home in the area so it feels like we've stayed in just about every 1 bedroom on Kiawah and Seabrook over the past year. This one is our favorite.

Best vacation rental I’ve ever been in!

It was perfect for the two of us, couples will love this. I think the next door neighbors own the villa and they were sweethearts! Very nice and safe neighborhood, very clean, large kitchen with plenty of room to cook, two outside areas, lovely bathrooms and bedroom and a spacious living room! This place is way bigger than the pictures make it look!!! I’ll definitely be staying here next time I visit! I don’t have one bad thing to say about it, everything was great!

Beautiful View!

The place is absolutely beautiful and well kept. Very clean and beautifully decorated! The views are wonderful - 2 porches to see the marsh views! The condo is right inside the gate and about a 5 minute drive to the beach. The only suggestion that I could give would be to bring your own pillows if you need the pull- out sofa… there aren’t any available. Also, the coffee maker didn’t have the lid for the pot and we had to be creative to make coffee. I did report this to the property manager, and she said she would check into it. I would absolutely stay here over and over again!
