The Space:
3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms with plenty of dining space for guests and a kitchen your best chef will appreciate!

Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor.


One parking spot on the driveway is included, but there is plenty of street parking in the peaceful neighborhood of Sylvan Heights.

2 of the larger rooms have 2 King sized beds in each. The third bedroom has a Trundle bed with two full sized mattresses.

The master has its own private bathroom with a stand up shower, and Jack & Jill sinks.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with a bathtub & Jack & Jill sinks

You have access to the patio in the rear with plenty of seating for your group

Gas BBQ Grill available for use.

We have 2 extra air mattresses in case more room is needed.

Guest Access:
You are allowed to access all parts of the home with the exception of the garage which is off limits. (There is a lock pad preventing it from opening) you are welcome to use the patio, and back yard.

The Neighborhood:
Nations Neighborhood - Quiet with not much vehicle traffic

Getting Around:
Plenty of street parking, near the highway and right off Charlotte Ave - quick 7 minute drive to Downtown Nashville

Other Things to Note:
You may throw out any full trash bags in any of the Brown containers in the front of the home (3 Total) . Green bins are for recycling only.

Dishwasher detergent and garbage bags are located under the kitchen sink along with cleaning supplies.

There are plenty of towels, replacement bed sheets either in the laundry room or the master bathroom.

Extra paper towels and bathroom tissue located in the closet near the stairs if needed.

You are welcome to use the large Bluetooth speaker provided in the living room .

We have both a Keurig Coffee machine, as well as a DeLonghi espresso and coffee maker . (Coffee beans/k-cups may be available - but recommend bringing your own if coffee is a morning must!)

You are welcome to anything in the Fridge/Freezer / Pantry! Fully stocked kitchen for the chef’s!!!

We live next door in the attached unit of the home. I am available to speak or text most of the day and happy to guide you and your group.
