* The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay.

* Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price.

* The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies.

* We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes.

* You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property

Interaction with Guests:

The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Unpleasant overall experience with quality of room.
Kitchen light under microwave was broken, kitchen light under tv also didn't work and had to be fixed, carpet was stained, back burner didn't work, mini fridge door didn't close completely, ice in mini fridge started to drip onto items inside, valet parking was very inconvenient, ring light attached to mirror didn't turn on, garbage disposal didn't work until room service was called to fix it, shortage of utensils and overall kitchenware. If this room states it sleeps four people, please put more than 2 plates and more pans and pots to accommodate total number of guests.

Overall nice for overnight
The room is overall okay but can use a good carpet and upholstery cleaning. The fridge needed to be defrosted but otherwise it had a nice view. Good amenities and the bathroom was very clean.

We had a great time staying here. Everything you need and want in Vegas is within walking distance. You have access to everything at the MGM Grand plus private facilities in the Towers. The host is constantly checking in making sure you are having a great experience. It was beyond what we expected.

Beautiful and clean
This room was beautiful and clean. It was about two blocks from the strip. The room states "strip view" but I feel it would be helpful for future guests to know only a very small section is visible. The check-in process was fast and staff were friendly. The Host was quick to respond to the booking request and any questions we had. The parking at this tower is valet-only but valet was quick and friendly. The MGM towers are all linked to the MGM hotel which is located on the strip. You can access the monorail, restaurants, shopping and more from the MGM.

This studio is located in The Signature at MGM modern all-suite hotel in 3 high-rise towers, and you’ll have access to all amenities including the pool, fitness gym, and lobby bar. Who knows how much sleep you’ll get in Vegas – or when? But when you do, the king-size bed offers up glorious comfort so you can rest, recharge, and be raring to go again.

There’s no need to venture out when you’re hungry. The kitchenette has all the essential appliances, including a mini-refrigerator, flat top stove, and microwave. So you can store and prepare snacks and meals whenever you need to.

The studio will also give you your own living room area complete with a sofa that converts into a queen bed. Great views are to be had of the wall-mounted TV, so grab the remote and flick through the channels.
