The apartment has a combined living and dining area, a bedroom and a 2017 completely refurbished bathroom with shower and toilet.

The kitchen integrated in the living and dining area has u. a. via a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer), coffee machine and kettle.

From the modern and lovingly furnished living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system and Wi-Fi connection you reach the furnished balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view.

The bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses 0.80 m x 2.00 m), two closets, a shoe closet and a second flat screen TV. From here you reach the 2. Balcony (north-west aligned), from which one can also throw a view of the Baltic Sea, but also on the newly designed spa gardens.

In the community cellar of the house there is a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used for a fee.

Your car and possibly brought bicycles find their place in the underground car park or adjacent basements. The entrance of the underground car park has a height of 1.85 m.

Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, cafe's and smaller shops are nearby and within walking distance.
