THE 522 EXPERIENCE

Experience the Pacific Northwest in a fresh, fun, and comfortable home with majestic mountain views from the backyard. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet in the heart of town, just a short walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the waterfront to catch the weekly Saturday Farmer's Market! Also few minutes from the Olympic National Park Visitor Center.

***LOCAL UPDATE***
As of 3/20/25:
1) Hoh Rain Forest area closed due to county road damage
The Hoh Rain Forest area is temporarily closed until the Upper Hoh Road, which is maintained by Jefferson County, is safe for travel. This closure applies to all traffic, including pedestrians and bicycles.
2) Hurricane Ridge Road closed Monday through Thursday during the winter season. The road is scheduled to reopen Friday, March 20th, weather permitting. All vehicles traveling the Hurricane Ridge Road are required to carry tire chains from Nov 1st- April 1st.
3) Elwha/Olympic Hot Springs Road is closed to vehicles at the Madison Falls parking area due to a road washout, the road is open to pedestrians, stock, bicyclists, and pets on lease.
4) Lake Crescent area is open

CLEANING
We take cleaning very seriously (because we like it clean too!) and have very experienced cleaners in the vacation rental business. Please know that all used linens, blankets - both fleece and the top quilts, towels, bath rugs, laundry bag, shower curtain liners are washed in between guests. Covid cleaning protocols are in effect.

You simply have to visit and see what adventures await to make your vacation a memorable one at The 522 Experience!

YOUR SPACE
Guests have access to the entire 3 bed/2.5 bath home, fenced-in yard with covered and open patios. Access to backyard is through the laundry/2nd bathroom. Guests are advised to alert their family/friends to be mindful of who may be using that bathroom. Electric Vehicle 240V outlet, lock combination available upon request. Bring your own charging cable. The garage, garden shed, and hallway closet are locked and used for owner's storage.

Daughter's New Home

We originally booked this property for 5 adults and one dog so we could visit our daughter and son-in-law. It turned into a moving weekend as they bought a home in Port Angeles! This property was perfect for the three of us to come home to after long happy days of helping the new homeowners.

Very quaint and clean place to stay for day hikes in Olympic National Park. Enjoyed the corn hole and Mountain View’s from back deck. Very convenient location to grocery store and Port Angeles restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Olympic Getaway

Great place to serve as a home base while exploring the Olympic peninsula. The house is well stocked and comfortable. Great location in town also. The host was fantastic and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great little house in the perfect location

Adorable little cottage very close to downtown. Loved the decor and the fact it has a fenced in backyard for my pups. I will definitely stay here again.
