Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This well-maintained home built in the 1930s is located in a friendly, historic neighborhood just one block from hiking trails, a short walk to bathhouse row in downtown Hot Springs and a 5 minute drive to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming.
Whether you are traveling alone, with family, or with friends, our home provides all of the comforts to make your stay in Hot Springs enjoyable and easy.
INDOOR LIVING
Charming house in the historic district of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Walk into a well appointed living room with plenty of seating for you and your guests. Inside the house on the right you will have your bedrooms and bathroom along with a small office space. On the left you will have the living room, dining room, and the kitchen with balcony access at the back of the house.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the balcony area at the back of the house gathering around the outdoor furniture enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening! Charcoal grill available for cooking up some meals.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom1: double bed w/ en-suite half bath.
Bedroom2: 2 twin beds
Den: sofa double bed
KITCHEN
Well equipped kitchen for making meals away from home. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and more (Please Kitchen amenities)!
ENTERTAINMENT
Living room: Roku Smart TV (guests will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App. No basic cable.)
