We are a young family who loves to travel! We don’t need to stay in the heart of the city but love a CLEAN and stylish home to come back to after a day of exploring. Our home offers 4 beautiful bedrooms (4 queen beds, 3 twin bunk), 2 full bathrooms, large, shaded backyard, and an ample kitchen to allow for a peaceful retreat. All of Charleston's main attractions are 30-40 minutes away, with many much closer. Charleston Southern University, Cypress Gardens and many historic sites are just minutes away. 4.5 miles away from Naval Weapons Station. 10 miles to Nuclear Training School. The home is a solid brick home with oak hardwood flooring throughout, no yucky carpet!! The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and tiled backsplash. We offer small appliances like a toaster, coffee maker, crockpot and plenty of cookware, serving pieces. The dining table seats 6-8 comfortably with 3 barstools at counter and 4 additional dining chairs available. Enjoy the large, shaded backyard with a picnic table and gas grill. The quiet tree lined neighborhood is perfect for an evening walk. The home is all 1 level, both bathrooms and 3 bedrooms are very easy to maneuver for anyone with accessibility issues.15 minutes to Halls Chophouse in Nexton/Summerville, 20 minutes to Summerville Little League Fields, 12 miles to Historic Summerville, 20 minutes to CHS/Charleston International Airport. Escape the summer heat and take the kids to Goose Creek's Splash "Pad" Creek, Central Creek Park is only 1 mile away! Whirlin Waters, Charleston County Parks epic water park is 4 miles away.

Very satisfied

Loved this home! There were 11 of us and the layout of the home made it easy to hang out. Had we not been busy during our stay, we would have taken advantage of the huge fenced in yard with the firepit and available wood. Clean, cozy, comfortable and Whitney was a joy to deal with. We will definitely be coming back! Also, the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Couldn’t have been more perfect!

Recommend for famies of loved ones in the nuclear program!

Great experience! Great location, around 20 minutes from anywhere we needed to be. used it for our sons graduation from power school. Used to firepit and got to relax with our son. Highly recommend!!!!

Great Location for Navy Graduations

We’ve stayed at different places as our son graduates the different schools in the nuclear program but this was without a doubt the best. Really enjoyed returning to a home and the location was close to everything. Will book again if we return.

Whitney is very helpful and quick response after we had issue with another house booking. We appreciated her assistance to have us stay at this house with immediate approve. The house is nice and clean, very well maintained. We're pleased to be there.

Great family house

Rented this property in order to accommodate my family. Plenty of room for 3 families plus an additional guest. One thing that may be an inconvenience was trains passing through at night and hearing the warning "whistle".

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament and this property was exactly what we needed. Everything was just as listed, very clean and Whitney was very helpful and quick to respond anytime we had any question. The location was great and not far from everything we needed. Great place to settle

It was a wonderful property that was very well stocked. It had everything that you would need. A great location… not far from anything. The only thing was having only 1 tv. No television’s in the bedrooms. We also had 1 very slow draining toilet. I would definitely stay again.

The property was definitely as described. Which was a definite plus. Very clean & well maintained. Very spacious. Large back yard for the littles to run around. Decent neighborhood. Local train passing through was no issue. Couldn’t figure out the heating situation for the converted garage bedroom. Maybe it needs it’s own ac/heating unit. The kitchen window was missing a shade & you could clearly see inside. I thought that was odd. The kitchen had everything but a pitcher to make iced tea or lemonade. Not one hanger for jackets. Purchased at local dollar general. I would definitely recommend this property. After traveling 11 hours with family & littles the property was very welcoming. Aquarium & many other attractions in the area including grocery shopping. G.E.F

Perfect set up for family & adult kids

I rented this for my son's Navy Power School graduation and was not disappointed! The location is great in a nice neighborhood and the back yard is gigantic. My kids are all older teenagers so having 4 bedrooms and 5 queen beds was awesome, and we all slept comfortably. I also loved having so many extra pillows, i normally travel with my own because most places don't have enough extras. My only few critiques on this house is the one bedroom with a small attached bathroom has some plumbing issues. The sink does not drain well, the handle on the toilet had to be held down in order to get a full flush, and the shower had terrible water pressure with water that never seemed to get really hot. I don't know if all the hot water and water pressure are going to the main bathroom, but there is no shortage of shower heads in that one! With a family of 5, it is pretty necessary to have more than one well functioning bathroom. I do wish that there had been a comfy chair or another love seat in the living room. For a house that can potentially sleep 10, there is really only seating for 5-6 comfortably in the living room. I did appreciate that there were extra dining chairs in the laundry room so we could all sit and eat together at the table! All in all, the house was great and I would recommend it to others (just know that on this property you will be required to buy damage insurance after you've made your reservation.) The manager was quick to respond & accommodating!
