Vacation at your home away from home! You will find all of the comforts of home in this beautifully appointed, ocean front condo. Wash away all your cares with amazing sunrises and walks along the beach.
This beautiful ocean front condo has recently been completely updated. From the floors to the bed linens, almost every surface has been replaced or refreshed. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious balcony while watching a gorgeous sunrise over the ocean.
The property is fully furnished and has a full kitchen (cookware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, coffee makers – regular 12-cup and a single cup Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, air fryer, blender) with some basic spices provided. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Bed linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are also provided. There are three smart TVs and Wi-Fi internet access. You must furnish your own beach towels, paper products (paper towel, toilet paper, tissues, etc.), trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc. Please do not rearrange any furniture or take any items from the property.
We do not allow pets in this unit. If pets are found to be in the unit, additional cleaning fees will be charged, and deposit will be forfeited.
Upon your entry into the unit, two sets of keys will be left in the kitchen. On each key ring is a key to the building (colored) and a key to the unit (plain). You will need these keys to reenter the pool area from the beach and to reenter the building from the pool area. We highly recommend always keeping a set of keys with you, so you do not get locked out. There is no electronic access for the building other than at the main door.
As part of complying with new Florida legislation, our building has undergone a structural review. Due to this, there are shoring posts located on the balcony that will remain until the engineering review is complete and any necessary repairs are made. While the shoring posts are unsightly, the balconies are deemed safe, and you still have a beautiful ocean view. Please do not attempt to move or alter the placement of these shoring posts in any way. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and you will be held responsible for any additional fees associated with the correction to the shoring post(s).
All renters must complete a Renter Registration Form (provided to you in your Welcome Letter) and provide it to the Sandpoint Building Manager’s office located on the first floor. You will be given a parking pass that must always be displayed in the front window of the vehicle during your stay.
When driving up the upper deck ramp, please follow the directional signs and go straight, do not turn right. There is a large curb that may damage your vehicle if hit. Currently there is no parking available in the lower garage. Additional parking is located across the street for visitors or your second vehicle. You will need a Sandpoint guest pass to park in that lot to avoid being towed.
Please contact the host with any questions or for monthly/special rates.
