The kitchen has been recently renovated with all new appliances and is supplied with everything you may need (with the exception of food/drink) for a short or extended stay. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full size bed. The apartment is appointed with antique furnishings and decor and feels like a comfortable home away from home. The bathroom has a combination shower/tub and was also recently renovated. Linens are provided.
The rear of the home overlooks a private garden area with fire pit that's offered for guests' use, as is a gas grill upon request.
Located on an easily accessible but quiet street that's an entryway to the desirable Chevy Chase neighborhood with all manner of shops and restaurants only a short walk away. UK stadium (1.2 mi) and Rupp Arena (1.8mi) are walkable for those so inclined.
The owner resides on the first floor and is available to help with any issues that may arise but privacy for guests is assured.
