1) Clean used dishes and place back

2) Place garbage outside in the bin.

3) If anything is damaged during your stay please notify me so we may work it out and get it replaced in a timely manner for our next family. Failure to do so considered as breaking the house rules.

NB: Please pick up after your pets walked in the grass or any other area. Very Important....(Extra charge will be accessed if someone else has to pick up after your pets)

We are happy to welcome your pets...there will be a $50 pet cleaning fee. Pets are also TO REMAIN in the downstairs area.

NB: Failure to mention your pets upon booking to avoid the additional pets fee is considered as breaking the house rules.

Important: Absolutely "NO Smoking " ------------- If the smell of smoke is found inside the listing there will be a cleaning fee of $380 and the guest will be evicted for breaking the house rules.
And if the guest won't leave after the host asked to do so, local authorities will be involved.

NB: TEMPERED OR UNPLUGGED WIFI FOR THE CAMERA/SECURITY SYSTEM IS CONSIDERED BREAKING THE HOUSE RULES AND GUEST WILL BE EVICTED AND FORFEIT THE REMAINDER OF PAID STAY.
