The property was so cute and incredibly clean. The owner left detailed, thoughtful notes about the rental as well as a great list of local companies to patron. The kitchen is absolutely stunning. We loved our stay here!
Back door wouldn't lock properly ( 2" gap), notified hostess she said the house probably shifted, would send a technician next day which was not acceptable the laundry room doorknob is installed inside out, theWI FI password not working ( told to reset it or call the internet provider- this should be working by the time the guests arrive), she told that if I was not satisfied with arrangement to call Vrbo and try to get a refund
We arrived at the location at 7:00pm left the property by 8:00pm same evening.
I can provide pictures if necessary

The house was super nice and spacious. Very clean.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Large, clean house worked well for our family. Neighborhood was a little concerning at first, but was quiet with no problems. Would definitely recommend.
My friend and I spent the weekend shopping and eating our way through Waco. This house was everything we had hoped for in accommodations. The house is very open and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows were so nice! The house is perfectly stocked a (I owe you for a toothbrush and an allergy pill! Thank you so much for thinking of that). The porch is large and it was nice to spend the evening outside talking and planning our activities. Everything was well thought out throughout the house and the book gave clear directions on whatever we needed, Thank you for sharing your home!

good not great
The home was so pretty. Bright and clean. Space was open and airy. Perfect for our family and a graduation celebration. 2 of the interior doors did not shut all the way causing privacy issues. There was an ant problem in the kitchen which was a pain for our buffet style dinner. There was a leak in the ceiling causing water to collect all over the kitchen counter and we had to be changing towels and bowels continuously. The lawn was not mowed when we arrived even though they knew we were having an out door gathering. They mowed during our stay instead and that was a bummer. The host said there was toilet paper and paper towels under the sink. There was not. There was also no garbage bags. We searched all over and there was nothing. The lights on the back patio were 75% burnt out, we found some extra flood bulbs and fixed one ourselves. The wifi info listed in their basket in the entry way was incorrect. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom shook violently and sounded like it was going to crash onto our heads when turned on. The said they had no BBQ so we bought one, only to find a BBQ there when we arrived. These were all minor inconveniences that we addressed during the stay but we did not let them ruin our graduation celebration. I think the host is "trying". Cute place though.
It’s a nice little 3 bed/2 bath option in Waco. Reasonably priced and conveniently located under 10 minute drive to any of the major attractions in Waco. Host was quite responsive and accommodating for the most part but unfortunately we did have rather annoying inconveniences (partially out of the host’s control) that ultimately did affect our experience. When first walked in, a smoke detector was chirping due to low battery. Messaged host about it who immediately got back to me saying they’d be by to replace batteries shortly. (Ceilings too tall to reach w/o a ladder). Host did forget to come by after checking on other rentals, but when I messaged again, host was very apologetic and came over right away while we went to dinner and resolved the issue. Got back from a late dinner and a different smoke detector was chirping. Messaged host who said they could be by to change it in the morning. Smoke detector actually stopped going off several hours later so next morning I told that to the host and said I didn’t know when it might start again. Host did not come change batteries out 2nd day though. Went to bed 2nd night and was awakened at 2 am by smoke detector beeping and didn’t get any sleep the rest of the night before leaving at ~5am. The grass also could’ve used a mow as it was over my ankles, and house could use a deeper clean but not bad. Bedding was very clean. Would’ve been totally good if smoke detectors were regularly changed, but ended up being quite sleep deprived.
We had a great trip and the home was perfect for our family. We got stuck inside a lot with the rain but the cupboard of board games was the perfect touch to the home! It was a great experience.
Lovely home with plenty of space for our family of five. Very clean, everything worked as it should. The neighborhood was fine - like most of Waco it was a mix of updated and older properties. Thanks for a great stay!
This was a great house! We had a gathering of about 15 people for a graduation celebration and it was perfect for that. The kitchen had everything we needed and the little porch outside was perfect for extra seating. The owners responded to my questions quickly and kindly.
Stayed one night. Location to Baylor, grocery and restaurants -and affordability - was good. Owner was very kind and easy to work with. Well kept older home.
Home is at end of neighborhood where older homes are being beautifully restored and then a short drive further looks sketchy...but that is how most of Waco looks outside of the Baylor bubble. Felt safe and we were all women staying. Bedding was comfortable. Loved the extra touches of toiletries and kitchen items left by owner. Home was very clean. With the exception of the full trash bin under the carport upon arrival that had maggotts our stay was comfortable for one night. I have already recommended it to other Baylor families.

Fun! The neighborhood was questionable and the housekeeper showed up to change the sheets after we had already arrived, but the stay was good overall! The bedrooms were comfortable and the yard was good for activities. We had everything we needed.

Great location, easy access to all Waco has to offer
Excellent location. Nicely remodeled and appointed. Fantastic host communication. Easy driving access to all that Waco has to offer. Close to Baylor campus, many restaurants nearby, short drive to The Silos, 5 minute drive to the Zoo & Cameron Park. Will definitely return.
