We couldn't be happier with this property. It's much larger than pictures show which was a suoer plus for us. Also the mattresses and pillows are like your sleeping in heaven. Super clean, and excellent location.
I recommend this property 100%
Great stay with flexible, kind, and communicative host
Loved staying on Daly! It was a great location and the house was much bigger than I expected based on pictures. It was very clean and worked perfectly for my partner and I. We loved having the trail at the end of Daly for our dog, and the ease of access to town and Guardman's pass area. Highly recommend this place!
We had such a great time. The property is lovely and in a great location for walking to town and getting to Park City and Deer Valley for skiing. We traveled with our dog and it was wonderful.
We hope to return again!
Very cozy and well appointed. Enjoyed the historic neighborhood just up from Main Street. Great hiking trails at end of street. Would definitely rent again.
We visited in January 2024 for a week of skiing. The house was a perfect place to stay. It was a quick drive to Deer Valley and a short walk to Main Street in Park City for dinner. The house was so comfy and well appointed. Kollin was a great host!
We had a great stay in this lovely home. We could walk into town for dinners and we were a quick drive from the slopes at Deer Valley and Park City.
The house is decorated in a comfortable but elegant style, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything our group of three needed.
We hope to return. Thanks for a wonderful week!
My wife & I love this place. Short walk to great hiking & it’s possible to access Lady Morgan lift if you’re skinning. Short walk to great restaurants.
Clean, modern & new in an old school facade.
Love to stay again if they’ll have us.
Many thanks 🙏
I took my significant other and our 3 teenagers to Park City for a winter break ski vacation and stayed here. The house has been beautifully remodeled and very comfortable for 5 of us by using the pullout sleeper sofa. The location is awesome! We walked with ease to all the restaurants in Historic Old Town Park City and learned that the trolley can pick you up at the base of the street. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next visit!
Kollin's place is in a great location just up the street from downtown Park City but still on a quiet residential street. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted to go including to the bus station to take the bus over to Deer Valley for a day of skiing. The house is well-stocked and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was nice to sit in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.
This home is a great find! The location could not be better, a 5 minute walk to Main Street but on tucked away on a really beautiful and quiet street. The property manager Kollin was incredible. Communication before check-in was clear and detailed, and he even left the lights on since we were arriving late. He was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The house itself was newly renovated and really nicely decorated. Living room was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was brand new with great appliances and cooking supplies. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. For the price this house was an incredible find and value, and will definitely be coming back!
A cozy home in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to town. It’s an older house that has been thoughtfully and thoroughly remodeled. Ample space for a family of four — good size kitchen, living room with big screen TV and fireplace, large closets and a luxurious master bathroom (including an electric towel warmer). The kitchen is well stocked.
The house sits on a dead-end street among newer and older homes, so there is little traffic. A short walk to the end of the block to catch the free Park City Trolley to town or the transit center. A few more blocks and you’re on Main St in the center of town.
The space is perhaps best suited for a family (vs two couples) as the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds.
Property manager was responsive to all inquiries.
I stayed on Daly Ave. for five days with my family of four. The pros: great communication with Kollin, the host. Easy check-in - Kollin even accommodated our early check-in request. Very comfortable size for us, especially with our ski gear. Great location, five minutes from Deer Valley where we skied everyday and also easy access to the main strip of restaurants and shops. The quirks: while the listing does say that there are long-term renters upstairs, we were not anticipating the noise. You can hear every footstep and running around of two young kids. For the most part it was quiet for bedtime, but this was especially hard the first night when my kids (11 and 13) were trying to go to sleep on the earlier side (8:30/9pm ish) after an extremely early east coast departure. Lots of music and running around upstairs. Note also, that the hall shower is much better than the en suite master shower in terms of water pressure.
