Gorgeous contemporary condo {'Oasis at the Falls'}: located in the heart of downtown Victoria with a walk score of 99. The Victoria Inner Harbour and BC Museum, Empress, Parliament Buildings, Chinatown, boutiques, a huge variety of restaurants, shops and nightlife are only steps away. This suite is an inviting space to relax during your time in Victoria, open concept with floor to ceiling windows.The patio provides lovely view of the snow mountain skyline and surrounding cityscape.

The space
This modern and bright apartment features a full kitchen, 1 bedroom+ 1 Den, living area and balcony. The secure building also gives you access to common area as pool and gym.

This suite can sleep up to 5 people with a queen bed in the bedroom that sleeps 2, and a single bed in the den, this single bed can be drawn out to make it twin beds, ideally for 2 kids. A couch that sleeps 1 in the living area. The listing price are for up to 3 guests. You would need to advice number of extra guests (Extra charge $50/night per person will be taken).

The suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry which makes the unit ideal for longer stays. The suite also has high speed internet.

The master bathroom contains a soaker tub and separate shower in addition to the toilet and double-sink vanity. There is a powder room with toilet and sink in living area.

Amazing location

This property was one of the best we have stayed at. Our only comment is the second bedroom is more for a child than an adult as the room was super tight for luggage and bed was a bit uncomfortable. Thanks so much! We had a great stay!

great location

Was in a super location and the unit was in excellent shape. Could have used some more cutlery and we couldn't find pillowcases for the extra pillows. Otherwise, all was good. Recommended as a very good place to stay.

The location could not be any better, and the unit, building, and facilities are great! I knocked off a star because the host (mgmt co) was not proactive or responsive, and our family of 4 (adults) had to share one key for our entire stay (no entry codes), which made coordinating meet up times/places an inconvenient necessity. If your party is always together and this wouldn’t be an issue for you, it’s an excellent choice.

Location can’t be beat. Stones throw to the Legislature, Royal BC Museum, Empress, etc. Convenient shops nearby and lots of restaurant options. The included pool usage and underground parking is fantastic and the layout of the unit itself is great. Lots of light and a great view of the Empress. A few downsides are that it faces a noisy street and the blinds in the bedroom do not block light which might be difficult for light sleepers. The shower could also use a good scrub and new silicone, but otherwise this unit is great, has everything you need inside and is a perfect place for a family to stay and enjoy Victoria.

Fabulous Location

A lovely newer condo with a patio but on a very noisy street! Across the street from the Empress and Sticky Wicket. Full modern kitchen except three of the six overhead lights were burned out. Full laundry. Very confusing and slower than VRBO said we would have info on how to get in and locate garbage but once learned you are aok. The listing said there was a 2nd tv in the master but it is not there. Would definitely rent again!
