Brand new Luxury coastal home, "The Pink House", with breaktaking views of the Bay & Gulfport's Waterfront District! A short drive to St Pete Beach's world-class sugar sand beaches. This impressive designer home has all the extras included in your stay - Hot Tub, Elevator, Bikes, Kayaks, Paddle Board, Corn Hole, Beach Equipment, Fire Pit, Grill. We have 5 porches for relaxing, reading or napping. Additionally, this home has an office space for those who need to work and is pet friendly. Welcome! This space is designed for those who want to have a high end experience with great views and location, but also filled with amenities. You'll have plenty of space to spread out with the large living area and gourmet kitchen and dining area. Prepare and share meals in the fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous countertops and new appliances. The third floor is the main living space where you will spent most of your time, unwinding as you watch boats cruise by on the waterfront bay. Enjoy cocktails from the custom wet bar before you step out on to one of 3 balconies, all fully furnished with a variety of comfortable seating. If you prefer a relaxing soak, slip into the covered hot tub just outside the large 1st floor game room/garage. The house boasts 7 TV's for all your entertainment needs. This 3rd floor also has a twin size sleeper sofa and a full bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 master suites, each with a King bed, balcony, full bath and large closets. One of the bedrooms has a twin bed in addition to the King and one bedroom has a private office area, so it is designed to meet the needs of varying guest needs. After your fun-filled day, you'll appreciate a good night's sleep in the 3 relaxing and spacious master suites with comfortable bedding and soothing atmosphere. No need to take the sand from the beach home with you, we have a washer and dryer for your use. Guests have access to the entire home and property. This includes 3 bedrooms (en-suite) and 4 bathrooms, common space sleeping accommodations include 2 beds. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving meals for the whole family, with 2 separate dining areas. Enjoy making a margarita from the wet bar and head outside to sip it while you watch the skies change colors at sunset. There are entertainment options for you in the garage including cornhole, 2 kayaks and a paddle board. The house is equipped with technology including 7 TV’s, surround sound in multiple rooms with pandora that guests can control from a tablet. From this same tablet guests will also be able to view the ring camera for your security. The Pink House is in the heart of it all! 1/2 block to the Beach, Water, Fishing Pier, Playground, Basketball & Bocce Courts. This quaint and historic town is extremely walkable with restaurants, bars and activities all around. You won't need to leave the neighborhood to keep yourself entertained day and night. However, the white sand and world famous beaches of St Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach and Treasure Island are just 10 minute trip!

- The responsible party booking and staying at this home must be 25 years or older.
- We allow pets with pre approval only. We also have a pet fee of $150 that will be charged to bring a pet. Please let us know in advance!
- Though this is in a fun-filled and energetic area, this high end home is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat this home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc...
- No horse-play or excess weight in the elevator, follow posted weight limits for your own safety.
- The hot tub, paddle board, kayak, fire pit, grill, outdoor furniture are available to be used at your own risk.
- Cushions should be brought in when not in use, there are deck boxes for your convenience. Cushions may blow away if not secured.
- The awning on 3rd floor balcony must also be put down whenever it is not in use, winds or stormy weather can pop up quickly and cause damage.
