This beautiful rental was created for the perfect balance between fun and relaxation. Within close proximity to town and just a short walk to the beach, you have access to everything Ocean Beach has to offer right at your fingertips. If you're not a huge fan of the beach, lucky for you this home offers a relaxing retreat in it's own back yard with a heated pool.
Amenities Included: Outdoor Pool, Top of the line Kitchen, Heat and Central Air, Outdoor shower, 4 Beach Chairs, Umbrella and a wagon.
There is a $2,000 security deposit required at signing as well as $125 permit fee.
