Beautiful, comfortable villa "Germanna", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 2.6 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, orchard, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pool house, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1 km, café 1 km, sandy beach 2.6 km. Sports harbour 3 km, marina 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, surf school 3 km, sailing school 3 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 180 cm), kitchen corner, shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Terrace 7 m2, terrace 15 m2, patio 22 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in dem Haus verbracht..Die Anlage ist genau wie in der Internet Seite , es ist alt aber sauber gewesen.. Der Pool war immer top und wurde wöchentlichen gereinigt .Einziges Manko ist die Entfernung zum Strand.

Urlaub im Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön. Von der unteren sowie oberen Terrasse kann man das Meer sehen. Die Straße zum Haus ist teilweise sehr eng und abenteuerlich die Einfahrt. Der Pool ist sensationell und allein schon eine Reise wert. Das Haus sieht groß aus ist aber innen eher klein. Die Küche ist sehr klein. Da wir nur zu zweit waren hat sie ausgereicht. Für 6 Erwachsene ist das Ferienhaus ungeeignet. Die Betten sehr eng. Das Turmzimmer nicht schön. Sehr freundlich das Personal von Interhome.

Only 2 wine glasses & 2 tumblers for beer plus small juice glasses. All other glasses LOCKED AWAY IN CABINETS. Embarrassing when friends over. not enough crockery, needed to hand wash items all the time instead of waiting for dishwasher load. Cleaning materials should be left.Towels need upgrading. Same towels in Interhome villas for years. We’re told English TV but not. Should at least supply a DVD player that works. Interhome staff were excellent. Waited 6 days for green pool to be cleaned.

Prima vakantie woning
Wederom geboekt via Interhome. De boeking is zonder problemen verlopen. Na het constateren van twee gebreken zijn deze snel en naar tevredenheid verholpen. Een min puntje is de kleine keuken en vaatwasser. Op de foto's op de site was dit niet goed zichtbaar. Het huis, inventaris en het zwembad waren schoon en goed onderhouden. Over het algemeen zijn we tevreden en daar gaat het uiteindelijk toch om. Al met al is het een fijne vakantie geworden waar de accommodatie zeker aan heeft bijgedragen.

Einfach alles Traumhaft
Die schlechten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Die in die Jahre gekommene Villa und auch die Möbel können zwar ihr Alter nicht verbergen. Dennoch strahlt diese Villa einen ganz besonderen Charme aus, bei unserer Anreise war alles sauber und wir haben die Villa in einem sehr guten Zustand vorgefunden. Das Highlight war für uns der Außenbereich/Pool. Wer mit den oben genannten Punkten zurechtkommt, findet hier eine traumhafte Villa mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Photos et réalise très différente
Déception lors de notre arrivée, les photos étant bcp plus suggestives. Maison peu entretenue, une seule clim pour le bas avec un filtre non nettoyé depuis pas mal de temps - congélateur pas propre - une serrure à l'étage et un parasol étaient cassés - le lave-vaisselle n'était pas propre - mauvais rapport qualité prix

Las fotos exageran la realidad
La villa está bien pero no tanto como en las fotos. Apartada de la playa y la televisión solo cogía canales ingleses y alemanes. Las almohadas pésimas y una de las camas no tiene colchón si no una espuma amarilla con un protector que da un calor que te mueres. Por lo demás está muy bien equipada y lo mejor la piscina y las vistas a la montaña
