It was a great visit and stay at this location. We didn't realize it was two different structures until we were almost there. It did say it in part of the listing, but we had to dig for it. It all worked out great though! The outdoor space is amazing!
This property was everything as advertised and much more. The kitchen was well equipped. There was firewood for the fire pit and chairs on the dock. It is an easy walk to the lake and very peaceful. The beds were all clean and comfortable. We did not encounter any problems whatsoever, but I felt like Tommy would take care of anything if there was. Very, very happy!
Amazing place on the water. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave! We participated in the Big Bass Splash and were conveniently located to Lake Fork! The host was beyond helpful in everyway!! We lacked nothing staying here! We Will definitely be back!!
Our family really enjoyed our trip to this cute Lake House. The farmhouse kitchen was sweet and very clean. The beds were so comfortable that I took a picture of the tag so that I can order me that same mattress. Our over all trip was perfect. The Lilypad Lake Float was a ton of fun. We will definitely book through Tommy again the next time we come to visit my Aunt in mineola , Texas. Gina
We really enjoyed our stay at Tommy’s place. It was very homey and Tommy was responsive before and throughout our stay. I didn’t realize this when we booked but the two twin bunkers are actually in a room detached from the main cottage. While our kids (7 &5) didn’t get up the courage to sleep on their own in that room they loved it as their little retreat to watch shows, at, etc. which was also great for my mom and I because we’d maintain the main part of the house.
It was a quick getaway for me and my daughter. We had a fishing tournament. The host were great on helping me get inside with the door code. I was having slight problem. It was at 10:00. Appreciate them answering at that time. Place was clean and beds were soft. Bathrooms were modern and clean. It is close to Lake Fork, but on a smaller lake. This is nice as well. Will come back.
Our stay was AMAZING!! The bunk house turned out to be such a benefit. Everything was just stellar!

We love traveling & staying at different properties and this was a fabulous Thanksgiving getaway!
The property itself was clean, quiet, so much to do. Gorgeous dock to fish off of & cozy fire pit to sit around. The house has EVERYTHING you need. The downtown of Mineola is very quaint for shopping & has several restaurants. The host was beyond accommodating. We will definitely be back in the summer & plan on renting the boat next time.
A Must stay!!!!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This has to be the most wonderful place to spend a vacation. The lake was beautiful and peaceful. I recommend staying here for your next stress free getaway
Our family spent three nights here. We had a great time. The use of the pontoon boat was the best. It came with a huge lily pad which we stayed on all day. The kitchen had what we needed, the water toys were fun, one bed was the same brand they had at home, the grounds were clean and good for bare feet, and the dock was new. The sunsets were beautiful every night.
Tommy, our contact, was easy breezy and nice and friendly. The lake was clean and not too crowded considering it was July 4th.
We wished we owned a lake house after the first day.
We had an awesome time, the location was perfect the view of the lake was awesome and very relaxing, We had our family gathering there for the weekend, everyone loved the home the lake and all the lake toys and we also rented the boat which I loved, because we didn’t have to go elsewhere to rent. Fun and relaxing 💯💯💯❤️
The property was perfect and nice. Pleanty to do and toys to play with on the property. The kids had fun swimming and jumping off the dock. The owner was friendly and nice. Very responsive and communication was great. Definitely going to plan another trip out as soon as we can get back that way. The beds were also comfortable. Definitely recommend the place for a get away!
This was such an amazing property! We enjoyed every second of our stay. Very clean & the host was so kind and responsive. Plenty of things to play with at the house and some of the best back porch sittin around. I highly recommend this property!!!
Me and my co workers all stayed while we were out on a job in the area this stay was better than a hotel you have the view of the lake, very quiet and peaceful, very clean and comfy will definitely book again for a family trip or if I am out here for work.
The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great location to select when shopping at Canton Trade Days. We would come home from shopping and sit by the fire pit, sip wine, and watch the boats on the water. Great place for relaxing with friends or family!
