Downtown Paso: Park Street Hideaway 2 Bed/2.5 Bath

Park Street Hideaway is the perfect getaway. Located blocks from the heart of downtown Paso Robles near restaurants, craft breweries, wine tasting rooms and so much more! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home was newly built in 2022. It features a spacious downstairs living area complete with an outdoor patio and expansive bedrooms with ensuites. Sleeps 4 guests.
About the space:
This new construction home has an open concept first floor that includes a cozy living room featuring a 60” smart TV, couch and two chairs as well as a dining table set for four. The mid-century style kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a big island with seating for two, quartz countertops and all the cookware to enjoy a meal in. Small appliances include a Keurig duo coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and microwave.
The upstairs bedrooms have king size beds, smart TVs and beautiful ensuite bathrooms. The master bathroom has a dual vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, makeup remover wipes and more. Washer/dryer located in the upstairs hallway with dryer sheets and laundry detergent.
The outdoor backyard off the living room has a dining set for four and gas BBQ.

We have a strict NO pet policy here. Please leave your furry friends at home. Any guests who do not abide by this rule will be asked to leave or incur a fine of $500.

Wonderful holiday weekend!

We had an amazing weekend in Paso Robles! The house was perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do in town, and the amenities were top notch! The house was well equipped and comfortable for our party of 4 adults. We enjoyed our visit so much and plan to rebook for future visits. Plus, the complimentary snacks made for a great drive home after a weekend of wine tasting :)

Dream property within walking distance to downtown

The Hideaway exceeded our expectations! It was spotless, the bed was comfy, and it was furnished in a way that was stylish and welcoming. We appreciated having coffee and a well equipped kitchen. It was nice to walk to the square for the olive oil and lavender festival, and there were lots of great dining options- including a pastry shop just across the street. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Just like the pictures!

This house was a very clean, comfortable, and great location for our first trip to Paso. The house looks just like the pictures. We had a party of 4 and we were very comfortable with the lay out, the bedrooms are located upstairs, and nice spacious kitchen and living area downstairs. Also a great patio, but we had some rain,hail and cold weather so did not sit out there but did use the grill. It is walking distance to town where you can find great restaurants and lots of wine tasting rooms. The house also had a very thorough info book and I wish we had more time to try out all the restaurants and experiences recommended. I would suggest booking restaurant reservations and wine visits in advance. Our favorite winery experience was Epoch and we loved the pizza at Della’s. Looking forward to another trip back!

Had a wonderful stay with my 2 high school girlfriends as we celebrated our milestone 60th birthdays together. The proximity of the “hideaway” to downtown was convenient, and the home was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed! We made some amazing memories and will certainly refer others and return in the very near future! Cheers!

Perfect Paso Getaway

Perfect!

We loved the house - it is new, clean and comfortable. The location is great for walking around Paso and is central to driving to the various vineyards. Only heads up - while the house is new, modern, and clean, some of the surrounding houses are a little worn - but it's all good! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Central Coast Weekend

The photos didn’t do the property justice. It was beautiful and clean and cozy. Love at first sight. There were several nice homey touches from the basket of complimentary goodies, to the variety of fun shampoos/body wash/conditioners in hue showers. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Excellent choice!

This rental is perfect! Location is the best - you can walk to restaurants, shops, fabulous bakeries and coffee. The downtown area is awesome. Quaint, lots of choices and really friendly people. We hiked, visited wineries and had a great time. This rental is newly remodeled. It’s immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you need. Don’t hesitate booking this rental!

What a pleasant surprise! The hosts thought of everything to make for a great stay.

Great location. A contemporary unit and very clean. There is a television in every en-suite bedroom with comfy king size beds. The linens were very nice. Wonderful to wake up to a cup of coffee with cream and sugar or a French press AND snacks. Cannot wait to return.

Paso Robles Wine Trip

Front Porch exceeded expectations. Check in was a breeze. The owners were very helpful and even made great recommendations on wineries and restaurants. The house had everything one could need and more (right down to the snacks left for us by the owners). One of our favorite features was that after a day of wine tasting you could walk to all the best restaurants and bars in Paso. If you are planning a trip to this area, this is the place to stay. We are already planning another trip to Paso Robles and Front Porch. Thanks for providing us a true home base for a memorable trip with friends.

Hidden Gem!

We had the very best stay at this perfect gem in the heart of Paso Robles. The home is exactly as the listing and them some. New, we’ll maintained and thoughtfully stocked with anything you could need for a weekend in PR. We used it as a relaxing stop on our way down from San Francisco to LA. Our kids loved that there was a TV in the second bedroom, and games in the living space. We walked everywhere and felt safe being by yourself in a place we knew nothing about. Highly recommend this house, and if life brings us to Paso Robles in the future we will most definitely be back.
