By default we give you your space and privacy. You can text/call us if you have any questions or requests. We love people, but we always assume that guests want maximum privacy.

Prior to your check-in, we will send you information that includes the code to get into the house and everything else you might need to know during your stay.

Upon arrival, park on the street in front of the home there's usually plenty of space (private parking is available as well) , walk up the side-walk and porch to the home on the left and enter home (your combination to get in is in the check-in info).

Guests will have entire house to themselves. If you desire to park in the private parking area please contact your host before arrival for details.

There's also 2 full bathrooms (upstairs) and one 1/2 bathroom (downstairs).

We live 1 mile away, and manage the place for our awesome friend's , Omar & Brittany, who live down the street. Guests will have all the privacy they want, but we're always more than happy to say hello or help with anything you need during your stay.

This is a prime pickup location for Ride-share services such as Uber, Lyft, Nashville Joy Ride, etc. Rides to downtown Nashville and local hot spots range from approximately $5-$8 from this point of origination.

DUE TO POPULARITY OF THIS HOME AND BACK TO BACK RESERVATIONS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO TO CONFIRM EARLY CHECKINS OR LATE CHECKOUTS UNTIL 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF OTHER GUESTS AFFECT THE CLEANING/UNIT TURN OVER. IT IS OUR DESIRE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL REQUESTS AND ENSURE A FANTASTIC STAY DURING YOUR VISIT @ NELLS HAVEN.

While you're the only ones on the property there are guest next door so please be mindful of this. During the hours of 10 PM-8 AM we put extra emphasis on quiet hours in order to give our guest the restful retreat they are here for and respect our neighbors deserve.
