Comfortably furnished, completely ground-floor house (about 100 square meters) with terrace and garden.
The cottage offers two bedrooms with a queen size bed (1.6x2.0m) and a separate single bed. The fully equipped, open kitchen with dining room and living room is ideal for a longer rental period or a holiday stay. A guest bathroom and a bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower complete the well-appointed interior. The covered terrace and the adjacent garden invite you to relax in the midst of nature.
Immediately at the house there are car parking spaces and you can reach directly from the house via a footpath the Rheinsteig trail for excursions.
Other destinations are located in the immediate vicinity such. As the city of Koblenz, Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the Sayner hut in Bendorf, Rhine and Mosel u. V. A.

Mein Mann und ich haben ein gemütliches Wochenende in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Austausch lief auch super unkompliziert ab. Einfach spitze :-)

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im tollen Ferienhaus in Vallendar verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet sowie rundum sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zur Entspannung. Das Auto kann bequem vor dem Haus geparkt werden. In der dazugehörigen Garage konnten wir unsere Fahrräder abstellen.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Umgeben von Natur pur konnten wir uns gut erholen. Der Vermieter hat an Alles gedacht. Auch unser Hund bekam eine Decke und Handtücher. Im nächsten Jahr kommen wir wieder. Lieben Gruß an die Familie.

Ich war mit einem Freund für 3 Übernachtungen in dem Ferinehaus. Top eingerichtet, sauber, geräumig, ruhige Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Zum Abschied haben wir noch jeder ein Glas hausgemachte Marmelade als Geschenk bekommen. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung entsprechen wirklich der Realität. Das habe ich durhaus schon anders erlebt. Ohne Abstriche zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Schönen Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Koblenz
Wir waren für 6 Nächte in dem schönen, hochwertig eingerichteten Ferienhaus zu Gast. Es ist barrierefrei und so auch für unsere Tochter, Rollstuhlfahrerin optimal. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, der Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns verschiedene Tipps für Ausflüge zukommen lassen. Zur Begrüßung befand sich im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wein und Mineralwasser. Ostersonntag stand ein Osternest vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in der Umgebung von Koblenz auf alle Fälle wieder versuchen dieses Ferienhaus zu mieten.
