First floor of a holiday villa built in the classic seaside style with a view of the Linden Park. On approximately 40 m² up to 2 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The Baltic Sea beach and the center of Kühlungsborn East are only about 400 meters away. In the cozy living room is next to a sofa set with sofa and armchair, a glass cabinet with a TV and a nice dining area housed. The spacious balcony with table and chairs invites you to linger and offers an idyllic view of the opposite, restored in its original style Linden Park. Thus, the apartment is centrally located and at the same time in the countryside. The mint kitchen is equipped with a microwave, including a grill, a dishwasher and a fridge. The living areas are laid out with laminate flooring. In the quiet bedroom is a 1.80 m wide upholstered double bed. The bathroom has a low entry shower.
