Directly on the promenade of Kühlungsborn lies the house & # 132; Dünenschloss & # 147; with a spa with swimming pool and sauna. In the 3rd and 4th Calendar week, the swimming pool is closed for maintenance.
The 3-room apartment is about 48 square meters and is located on the 1st floor to the south side out. The balcony to the south invites you to linger. The modern living area is luxuriously furnished with sofa, TV and hi-fi system and a dining table. The comfortable kitchen with 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and oven is integrated in the living area. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed for sleeping. The shower / toilet completes the modern apartment. Your car parking space has the no. House III WE 4. The apartment is non-smoking and has a free Wi-Fi hotspot. Pets are not allowed.
