Not the Best Experience
Upon arrival AC did not work. Tried to call phone # provided. No answer. Had to email numerous times back and forth. One email told me that it had been inspected before we arrived, and it worked. That told me they did not believe us. The next day maint arrived and had to flush the waterline twice to unplug it and get it to work. Slept first night w/no A/C. Even though their directions in the arrival e-mail said to "Feel free to call me if you have any questions or concerns" and even though I asked them (through e-mail) numerous times to call me, I never once received a phone call. There were no directions left for basic things, such as where do we dispose of trash, how do you unlock the stove top (had to google it). The shower pocket door will not stay closed. The shower head was black with mold. Was told in one email that coffee/creamer/sugar was provided in a starter pack, then was told in another e-mail, they don't provide anything. Had 1 cereal bowl, emailed and asked for more and received them two days later, but I needed to send them a pic of the 1 bowl so they could bring me matching bowls. They brought 4 bowls, they didn't match anyway and a Brita Pitcher, which we never asked for (assuming they had it on their notes that it needed a pitcher but had neglected to bring it before we arrived.). I hope the owner of this unit realizes the customer service this real estate company provides is subpar. Did not enjoy dealing with this while on vacation.
