The exclusive N & T Design Villa is located at the end of the charming village of Peroj.
It is located within a kilometer of the beach and only 300 meters from the nearest market and restaurants. N & T Design Villa is a perfect haven for pure peace, rest and relaxation.
The interior is spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated. The living room, dining room, kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and one separate bathroom. The bathrooms in the rooms are equipped with a walk in shower. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
The garden is also spacious and equipped with garden furniture for a baby's playground and a trampoline. N & T Design Villa presents a large 40m2 swimming pool and a whirlpool.
The villa is located in its own large and quiet garden in the charming village of Peroj.
It is located within a kilometer of the beach and only 300 meters from the nearest restaurants and restaurants. Peroj is a charming and quiet village of Southern Istria. The beach is the perfect place to enjoy swimming and relaxation.

Silvester Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Silvester Urlaub mit meiner Familie und Freunde. Der Pool ist großartig und die Kinder hatten sehr viel Freude daran. Das Haus ist sehr modern und bittet viel Platz. Familienurlaub mit zwei Hunden

Super erholsamer Familienurlaub - Top! :) Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter lief problemlos. Das Haus ist einem guten Zustand und ist super schön und sauber. Auch unsere beiden Hundis haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Hundefreundlichkeit ist voll und ganz gegeben. Der Pool ist top. Ich kann das Haus voll und ganz weiterempfehlen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

NICE PLACE TO STAY

Funny, relaxed arround the pool, nice spots to discover in a good distance. Kitchen could be better equiped. ( more glases, dish Wash towels etc.).

Herbstferien in Istrien

Schön designtes Objekt mit großen eingezäunten Garten ideal für Hunde, Trampolin und großem unbeheizten Pool. Check-in war sehr freundlich, informativ und schnell. Das Haus liegt zentrumsnah, ist aber ruhig gelegen. Das Meer ist zu Fuss ca 20 min entfernt . Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut, die Inneneinrichtung sehr schön gestaltet mit zB kleinen Pflanzen und Kerzen. Manche Gegenstände weißen Gebrauchsspuren auf. Ingesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei tollen sonnigen Wetter.

Voll ausgestattet in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation mit Ireneo wenige Tage vor der Ankunft lief sehr einfach. Es gab alle notwendigen Infos und Tipps zur Anreise. Das Haus war sehr gut zu erreichen und begeistert von Anfang an von außen mit dem Pool und dem großen Grundstück. Das Einchecken war sehr unkompliziert. Wenn die vorherigen Gäste früh abreisen, ist dies sogar früher möglich. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht für den Urlaub. Mit 8 Personen hat der Platz im Haus genau gereicht. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist etwas weit, aber da der Pool einfach so klasse war, ist dies kein großes Problem. Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt (täglich geöffnet) sind in kurzer Gehweite erreichbar. Für den Anreisetag können wir die Pizzeria im Ort empfehlen, um dort Pizza zu bestellen. Eine tolle Unterkunft, die im Vergleich auf jeden Fall heraussticht und eine schöne Zeit garantiert.

Fantastisches Domizil inmitten schöner Landschaft

Haus wie beschrieben, alles war wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Ein schönes Haus, gepflegt und mit allem was wir (8 Personen) für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigten. Zu hervorheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Ireneo, immer zur Stelle und für alle Fragen stets einen Ratschlag und Tipp. Danke! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

If you need a home to have rest

Me and my wife along with her parents and grandparents left Ukraine after war started in my country and we were looking for villa big enough to accommodate us all at the same time be the place where we can feel safe and have some rest after long way to Croatia. We choose house in Peroj because closeness to Pula and tranquility of the small village and great modern design at the same time. We were met on arrival by beautiful young couple Ireneo and Lucia who helped us with accommodation and helped a lot during first weeks of staying in Croatia. Hosts are available 24/7 and answered all our requests and questions. House/kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during stay. Special thank you, guys, for coffee machine! Villa is surrounded by well-maintained garden: olive trees and greens. BBQ and Pool area is spotlessly clean and is maintained in excellent condition. Thank you, Ireneo and Lucia, for a truly wonderful stay and friendly support during hard time in Ukraine!!!

Sehr modern und friedlich

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und optimal für den Urlaub zu mehreren geeignet. Die Zimmer haben alle ein eigenes Bad, was jedem Mitreisenden besondere Privatsphäre ermöglicht. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist sehr idyllisch, besonders bei untergehender Sonne. Der Pool ist leider nicht beheizt, bietet aber eine kurze Abkühlung. Überall sind Sitzgelegenheiten verteilt und es gibt eine Tischtennis-Platte, sowie einen Grill, was ein abwechslungsreiches Zusammenwohnen im Haus ermöglicht. Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hauses ist nicht besonders aufregend, aber in wenigen Minuten Autofahrt entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt und etwas weiter die hübsche Hafenstadt Fazana. Die Insel Brijoni und die wunderhübsche Stadt Rovinj sind ebenfalls in erreichbarer Nähe. Auch sind die Besitzer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, allerdings eher im Sommer, damit der Pool nicht zu kalt ist.

Tolles haus. Klare Empfehlung

Wir waren zu 7. im Hause. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Der Pool ideal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber. Er war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und hat uns ein paar tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Vielen Dank.

Traumhaft!

Das Haus liegt versteckt in einem Seitenweg sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Objekt sowie die Außenanlagen sind genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und somit kann man die Kinder entspannt laufen lassen. Der Pool hat eine super Größe. Die überdachte Terrasse ist super, hier runter war es permanent angenehm kühl und wir haben uns zu 90% darunter aufgehalten. Das Highlight der Kinder war neben dem Pool das Trampolin. Inereo ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er war stets komplikationslos persönlich oder per WhatsApp für uns zur Stelle. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Ideale Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Istrien!

Wir haben mit Freunden eine wundervolle Zeit in dem tollen und modernen Ferienhaus verbracht. Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Pula und Rovinj, aber auch einfach nur zum Ausspannen am Pool. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Tolle Villa in super Lage in einem schönen Dörfchen

Wir verbrachten mit der Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa. Das ganze Haus ist äußerst komfortabel und auch praktisch eingerichtet. Für das Frühstück sind die Terrassen perfekt. Es war auch warm genug für ein erfrischendes Bad im Pool am Morgen. Ireneo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der bei allen Fragen sofort hilft. Das Haus liegt in dem schönen Dorf Peroj, dem es mit 2 kleinen Supermärkten und einem Bäcker an nichts fehlt. Mit Fazanah liegt ein wunderbares Hafenstädtchen in der direkten Nachbarschaft, weitere Perlen Istriens sind in Schlagdistanz. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Peroj

Wir haben das Objekt für eine Woche Sommerurlaub gebucht, vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Zunächst ist anzumerken, dass das Vermieterpärchen sehr nett und zuvorkommend ist und auch flexibel. Das Objekt liegt ein wenig versteckt in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Zimmer / Küche sind geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die zusätzlichen "Attraktionen" wie Whirpool und Badewanne im Zimmer sind nett, werden wohl eher im Herbst genutzt. Die Außenanlagen sind traumhaft, der Pool hat eine ansprechende Größe, war sauber, der Vermieter hat sich hier auch um die Reinigung gekümmert. Wir würden wieder kommen, vielen Dank nochmal an Ireneo und seine Frau :)
