Wait there's more...The main bedroom is remarkably roomy including an oversized sitting area linked separately perfect for children to have nearby or a just a quiet getaway for yourself.

The home is a 25 minute ride to Clearwater Beach and 25 minutes to downtown Clearwater. St. Petersburg Beach is a half hour away. Centered in a great location in the Tampa Bay area. Only 40 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

I could list all my complaints, but then you’d probably assume we didn’t like the house, but we actually really did. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. The kitchen had a lot of empty cabinets, but everything we needed was there. All the staples - paper towels, soap, dish towels, even coffee and creamer were all there for us. The pool, as we expected, was slightly smaller than some of the pictures made it look. I was disappointed at first, but it was actually the perfect size for the four of us. My only big complaint: upon arrival the pool was dirty. We called the office, who had a maintenance person call us right back. The call was prompt, however, the person on the other line was very rude. Told us “the pool was just cleaned the day prior and he wasn’t going to be coming out all week cleaning the pool for us.” Turns out, when he got there, the vacuum and skimmer were not working. He was polite when he came and cleaned and fixed it for us. When the regular maintenance guy came on Monday for the weekly clean (which makes me think it hadn’t been cleaned the day before we got there, because that was a Friday), he said the recent storm must have kicked off the breaker and the skimmer and vacuum needed reset. Once that problem was solved, we had no problems with the pool all week. We had a very nice stay the rest of the week without any issues and would stay there again.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben wundervoll. Sauber und ganz viel Platz. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Bis zum öffentlichen Strand sind es mit dem Auto 8 Minuten. Alles sehr gut erreichbar. Vom Parkplatz aus kann man den Bus oder den Trolley nehmen. Vermietungsagentur war immer im Kontakt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Had a great time!
We were pleasantly surprised to find that the property looked just like it was pictured and described on the website. It was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The property manager was easy to contact and responded to our questions. The garbage disposal however did not work and we were promised it would be changed out but it never was. It caused the dishwasher to back up into the sink. We had to plunge the sink to get the water to drain. We managed but it would have been nice to get that taken care of.

The property was just as described, beautifully kept up and conveniently located close to the beach. The heated pool was especially nice during our February vacation. We will definitely be back!

Nice but disapointing
Overall stay at this house was nice. The house was very nice and clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were very disapointed thar upon arrival the pool was very dirty with leaves and the heater was not working. The listing advertized a heated pool but it was not until 3 days into our stay that the heater started working after I contacted the rental agency several times. The heated pool is one of the key reasons we booked this location and we were very dissapoined. Also just a small inconvienence that the ice maker on refridgerator barely worked at all.

Our stay was interrupted by a severe weather unfortunately. The listing and advertising of the property is accurate. We had a few challenges (front door) which the property manager responded to as promptly as possible given the weather conditions. The property manager was very responsive. The home could use additional supplies such as silverware and towels.

A beautiful home
This place is by far one of the best places I stayed, house is big, well decorated and clean. We were able to cook, grill just like we do at home. Nothing can really describe the great experience we had, the kids enjoyed the pool and the adults were able to relax and enjoy our vacations. Communication is on point no cameras all over watching you like other places. We most definitely be back. Thank you to the team that keep this place a Gem.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to beaches and restaurants. Communication with the owners was simple and their response to our needs swift, ex. Propane for grill. The unit could use more bath towels. The leaves in the pool were a problem for use, and for filter and heater performance. We did have a great stay! Thanks

We had a great 12 day vacation in this lovely home. We soaked up the sun by the pool every morning. The home is beautifully furnished with new furniture, very comfortable beds and management responded immediately when needed. We’d stay again for sure!
